John has been servicing my home and rentals as well as my church Arvada Christian Church for the last 10 years and each time the service is outstanding and any bug or rodent issue has been resolved. Very professional and great pricing! 10/10

Had my termite control done last year June 2022. Throughout all the rain and the crazy weather that we’ve had I have not seen any flying termite any droppings anything. I am so happy I went with the bug man this time. Never go with any other pest control except the bug man take it from me I’ve used other pest control companies and always had termites. Come back within a year this time nothing thank you, Bug Man.

Call the guy to set up an appointment took my name and number over an hour and still hadn’t heard from him tried to call him he won’t answer the phone now just don’t like that businesses like this

Pack your house if you plan on going through this company. I have no way to reply to your comment. So I decide to edit it. I am a tenant of someone who uses your company. I packed my house the way I was supposed to, and the man came in and said it was not enough. You know how hard ppl work to accommodate a company that wants you to literally pack everything and throw it in the middle of the floor. Especially if they have lived their for years. Then hear it’s not enough. It works for the owner of this building, but it an inconvenience for tenants.

Great company they use environment friendly products. Friendly guy knew about wasps. Great to work with.

I found the pricing to be reasonable and their employees to be genuinely pleasant to work with. Due to rainy weather the first treatment was unsuccessful but Bug Man was quick to come back out and the second treatment went much better. Four stars because the second treatment didn't quite get rid of all the clover mites either. However it was close enough that I was able to get rid of the last of them myself. To be fair I'm sure they would have had no problem coming out a final time. I would not hesitate to use Bug Man again if the need arises.

I had a great experience thanks to Bug Man Tech Kevin Hoss. Kevin was professional and thoughtful. He explained the procedure and addressed all my questions. He assured me that my pets were safe with the pesticides he was using. Besides the great customer service, Kevin alerted me to a skunk living under my shed, and a strong smell of gas coming from the outside meter. I called my gas company who arrived with in 15-minutes and fixed the leak. Not only did Kevin Hoss do a great job, but he saved the day!!!

Best company. Fast service and friendly service

Have used Bug Man several times now, they have always been very helpful. My family has a really bad spider problem and my Mom has really bad reactions to their bites. John and Kevin have both been great taking the time to spray all the window wells and outside to keep the spiders away.

Kevin, the tech who came out to fix my mouse problem, was very friendly and helpful and clearly knew a lot about how to fix the issue. It was a much bigger problem than I thought, but he fixed it easily and quickly. I would hire them again for anything in the future. Excellent customer service.
