Aspen Tree Service - SavATree

This organization is amazingly competent, professional, efficient and reasonable in their charges. They assessed the problem, estimated the cost, scheduled us promptly and completed the job. I cannot praise them more highly. They are truly professional in every way. Since this post, I have utilized their lawn care services and they have been exceptional. Their last technician, Clinton Bailey, could not have been more professional, competent, and cordial. It is rare to find such dedicated employees these days. As a former employer, I appreciate such quality people when I run across them!

I especially appreciate the clean up. For me that's the hardest part of doing this by ourselves. Plus we have the expertise of Mark when we hire you. I'm grateful for Mark's advise.

This company is always so easy to work with. The front office people are courteous and prompt, and it's easy to make an appointment. Mark Barkman is wonderful. It's always a pleasure to work with him, knowing that all work will be done and done right!

Everything went as planned. Mark was great explaining everything to me and no pressure whatsoever. They came and did what they said they would do no problem. Would definitely recommend these guys. It’s cheaper than loosing a tree or two.

Jon Elliott is a fine worker and diplomat, too, negotiating each neighbors differing views. It takes a lot of skill and knowledge to do his job as an expert arborist. We are grateful he lives here and use him all the time.

Returned home Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2PM and found the previous night’s wind's blew down our 20 year old Aspen across our front entrance. The following morning Jen had scheduled a photographer to take pictures for the sale of our house. Panicked, I called Rachel at ATS- SavATree. She was able to gather the crew and respond to our Friday afternoon dilemma. Within a couple of hours they arrived and quickly removed, chipped and cleaned up our problems. We were fortunate to have ATS-SavATree roll out on a Friday afternoon and fix our problems! Hard working, good natured professionals went the extra mile. Thank you to all of you! I am so glad that I called SavATree for my tree services. I saw them on the City of Montrose website as an approved tree service company. From my first phone call, to Mark coming to my property and making recommendations, to the service techs and services I had done - I could not have been more impressed or pleased. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Highly recommend! Incidentally, a reputable landscaper that my daughter is using for renovations on her downtown property - recommend SavATree as a contact for her tree issues.

Aspen Tree Service (SavATree) has been our tree service for years. They’ve both installed and maintain our trees with annual fertilizer and related treatments. Micah is awesome and very conscientious.

Crew came on time...went right to work. My trees now look perfect...had several neighbors stop by to compliment the look. The Project manager ask me if every thing looked OK before they left. Had another service last year that was not so impressive. The crew also did a fantastic job cleaning up...not a branch was left. Highly recommend this group

Great job removing 3 dead trees. Couldn’t find a wood chip left behind. Only difficulty was in communications - couldn’t get a response as to service scheduling once deposit was paid, but was done quickly anyways.
