Mug-A-Bug Pest Control

I can only give 1 star. I requested a termite inspection as required for a VA home equity loan. I received the inspection and report stating I had "active termite activity on cardboard that was in my crawlspace." I sent the report to the finance company and they are denying my loan because of the report. However, there was/is no damage to the structure of my home nor are any living termites present anywhere in or around my house. This means NO ACTIVITY OR ACTIVE TERMITE INFESTATION. AND HASN'T BEEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I have lived here for going on 14 years and have never seen a living termite or dead one for that matter. I called to have the technician call me back which he did. He agreed and admitted that there is no sign of structure damage nor any living termites present. I asked if there is any way they can edit the report to state that there is no structural damage or evidence of termites. The manager said no the company will not let them do that, anymore. He suggested to clean any cardboard box pieces and evidence of termites and get another inspection. Sorry, I don't have a bunch of money laying around to be wasting on inspections that are already completed and should be corrected because of their choice of wording. Not to mention, they want $4,000.00 for termite treatment. (Kind of ripping me off if there isn't current activity or living termites.)

They send cool, knowledgeable people who get the job done. When I moved in to this place, it was infested with oriental cockroaches. It's not, and it hasn't been for a long time. We don't even find dead ones. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Havent quite used their actual services yet (and i hope i dont have to) because my concern was purely for prevention since my neighbors had an infestation. But i called and asked for advice and the lady on the phone was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me, even after i called like 4 times. Got way more helpful information then i could get out of google and she helped me remain calm. You go phone lady!! I wish i caught her name so i could have given her a proper shout out!
