I honestly wish that I didn’t even have to give them one star. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this pest control company. We have been trying to cancel the membership because we’ll have not been able to get anyone in the phone to address the concerns we have had with the lack of service. We called several times and were told Tyler would follow up with us, but it has now been two weeks and we have not received a single call back from him. The company continues to say

Jonathan with Raven came out to trouble shoot my system and install a new inverter. Another company had spent hours working on my system and concluded that my inverter had failed. They gave me 2 quotes to replace the inverter with other models. Raven gave me a lower quote on a better inverter. When Jonathan showed up with the new inverter to install it, he trouble shot my system and determined that I didn't really need to replace the inverter. He got it up and running. Shocked the heck out of me

Our solar inverter stopped working and our previous solar installer had gone out of business. I called around to a few companies to explain the messages I was getting from the Solar Edge app and Jonathan was the only one who was immediately familiar with what I was describing. Not only that but he was able to get to our house in just a few days, was very clear on what it could cost and had a new inverter in stock already. Raven Solar has been AMAZING! A few years ago we had a new roof installed, and the solar company we purchased our panels from went out of business in between removal and re-install and took our money with them.
