Totally terrible experience with my most recent service. First had to wait over two weeks to even get someone out to get rid of a wasp nest inside a soffit vent and the very next evening the vent was covered with wasps again. I think they just sprayed it like I could have done myself. They tell me there is nothing I can do except sign a long term contract to have ongoing services. I am so very disappointed since they did a good job in Ft. Morgan on our mouse problem at a rental.

Hired Gun is a dishonest service provider. If I could give less than one star I would. I have never before written a negative review because I know it can negatively affect a business, but I feel compelled to warn people. I gave Hired Gun every chance to make the issue right. They contracted with me for weed spraying my backyard. When they came to complete the job the tech gave me the unsolicited suggestion that I hold off on spraying a small part of the yard I was thinking of landscaping because nothing would grow there for one year if I sprayed. If I did not spray that area the tech said the difference would be deducted from my estimate and then later if I decided to spray the rest of the area later I would just pay the difference. The tech assured me there would be no upcharge charge to come back and finish the spraying if I decided to spray the rest of the area. Based on that advice I held off spraying a small area. After getting landscaping estimates I decided to hold off on the landscaping for now and called Hired Gun to have the spraying completed. Now I was told something different by office staff. I was told there would in fact be additional charges to come back out to finish the originally agreed upon job. I explained that I had been misled by the tech and I would have completed the job had they not told me about the option to hold off on the small area in question. Unhappy I asked to speak to a manager left my number and waited. One week later I called and was told they were busy and that a manager would call me back. Another week later I had to call again as no one had returned my call. Two weeks after I called to speak to a manager someone called and told me flat out Hired Gun would not honor their tech's comments to me about pricing. They would not come back and spray the remaining area for the originally agreed upon price. They refused to give me the owners contact information or to have them return my call. Use a more reputable company for your weed and landscaping needs, you cant trust Hired Gun.

The absolute WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The owner is rude, the prices are outrageous, and they don't have the decency or the intelligence to follow simple instructions. They were told to trim a vine and instead they killed it. They also removed my ancient grape vine, destroyed my fence, and compacted the soil in my backyard. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY!! Negative 15 rating.

Please teach Bri/Bree some customer service. Talking over a customer, putting blame on the customer for a misunderstanding, and talking down to a customer is not the best experience. Lauren on the other hand offered great customer service and was patient when answering my questions.

We hired to spray weeds and they killed 15 mature trees when they were instructed to stay away if their chemicals would harm them.

These boys are a different kind of dumb. Avoid at all cost.
