Their team is always on-time, polite and professional. Owen met me at my door and explained what he would be doing. And asked if I wanted him to check in when he was leaving. Great customer service from these guys.

Nate did an excellent job and came to my door to tell me what he was going to do. He also made sure my dog was inside.

I have been using Senske Services for awhile now. They do a good job. Very nice when he came to the door. I was very happy that he used a blower to get the granules off the cement so it did not cause any damage.

I’ve tried calling corporate multiple times and it’s just customer service. No help what so ever!!! I was driving on Kipling and colfax driver wasn’t paying attention and decided to get over on my wife me and my kids. If I didn’t catch his crazy driving and not paying attention to the road my whole car would be totaled. Bad services to report a driver , driver no care or sorry for almost killing my family.

This Senske lawn in my neighborhood looks absolutely awful. I wish outside Companies would stop trying to come to Colorado when they don’t understand Colorado conditions. Hire these people and you lose.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Waited on the phone over 15 minutes numerous times trying to reschedule services or figure out billing issues. Was also notified about services I didn't know I had received and was told I was delinquent on my bill. Don't use them. Too many other lawn services out there, so don't bother with Senske.

He did not answer my question regarding when I could mow. He left granular fertilizer spread onto my back patio

Came home to an open back gate to my yard. Luckily my dog did not escape. Cancelling service with senske because of this. They did a fine job on the yard but allowing access to my yard with a dog who has a doggy door and would have come out to see them is unacceptable.

Terrible service. They missed the first two scheduled appointments. After finally showing up to my rental property for mice mitigation I get an email that they sprayed the exterior of my home for bugs and removed cobwebs. Then I receive a phone call to up sell me to care for the brown spot on my lawn when they haven’t even done the first job I have been waiting weeks for. I would NOT recommend this company.

They killed part of my neighbor’s yard and made ME in charge of all of the communication with them and my neighbor. AND my neighbor is a client of theirs! I had to text the general manager to pick up the phone and call my neighbor after the sod they put down to fix died. Senske had an attitude with me when they visited and said it was my neighbor’s fault the new sod died. Meanwhile……they hadn’t even contacted my neighbor about laying sod in the first place. It was handled poorly and I cancelled my account. My sales rep Mike (who worked like an account manager and presented himself that way), did not cancel my account when I requested and instead told me not to “jump to hasty decisions”. Two days later after not hearing back I requested cancellation again and he ignored me. I cancelled services via the Senske phone line the following week and let Mike know after I had asked him twice. Mike then proceeded to gaslight me via text message. I sent him screenshots of our conversations of things he said and then he backed down and started making excuses. They never offered me a discount of any kind for all the trouble, and I just got a bill today for $300. So I definitely cannot recommend them to anyone reading this. ——— UPDATE: I did get a call from the GM and they offered me a discount after I wrote this and had requested someone call me.

This company bought out Liqui Lawn which was top notch, told all the customers you won't even notice the change over. The change over was a disaster, you don't have a local person to talk to instead you get put into a call center not even in the state. I have never had my yard look as bad as it does now with the amount of times they have applicated. The weeds in the yard don't even wilt, their tech will make up excuses on why they didn't apply to your yard when they say they will then you will get put onto the schedule more than a week out to fix their screw up. Bottom line they took a company that was good and worked and turned it into a joke.

I hadn't heard of Senske services until I got a bill on my front door for a chemical treatment I didn't order. When I called them to try to resolve the situation, I ended up with a 40 minute long phone call in which I was on hold most of the time. While on hold, I had to finally hang up because I had to leave for an appointment. Since then, I got repeated bills. It was/is a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time. My advice to someone reading this review: Find a different company!
