I just recently had the very best experience ever with Chrome pest control. The technician they sent over was highly professional, informative, and efficient! He was also compassionately accommodating for my own personal health issues when it came to scheduling a time for their services. Do not waste your time with any other pest control company out here. Hands down these guys are just simply the best in town! The technician was definitely a salt of the earth kind of guy, and I highly recommend him. . . . Ask for Patrick.

Chrome Pest Control is beyond amazing! We were having a termite problem in our log house (see the problem here?). Dave and Courtney were so responsive and came to the rescue immediately. Dave even came and did a touch up treatment for us. We won’t use anyone else!

Sometimes you feel compelled to write are review. The team a Chrome were prompt, professional and polite. Their people and pet safe products were an added bonus. Not often do I feel the need to write a review but their service and professionalism should be experienced by anyone looking for pest control services.

I have ant problem in and out. I called them asked for there service and they only treated the out side. Came back and the response was not great. The person only applied a one product, For not even 5 minutes. I called and no answer, left a message not happy with service. The person on the phone was unprofessional and gave me nothing but excuses, saying I was told this. I wasn't and will never use the chrome pest control company again.

Hey Dale! We wish we could have finished the conversation when you called in but you hung up on us. When you called in for the initial service there was no mention of ants inside which is why we only did the outside. You called back in and we gladly got you on the schedule asap to treat the interior at no additional charge. No adults were home for the follow up treatment just your kids who were very nice. We wish you could have been there to see exactly how we treat for ants. As we attempted to explain multiple times over the phone its not a great idea to spray a repellant for ants that kills them immediately as it only makes the problem worse over time. Between Dave's biology degree and years of experience we have learned there is one right way to treat for ants and a million ways to make the problem worse. We wish you well with whoever you use in the future and in the meantime, try spraying them with windex, it actually works great as an over the counter product until you can get someone over there. We have already initiated a refund to your card. Have a great night!

Chrome Mosquito & Pest Control is super responsive in returning calls to set up a service date. They were able to come out to my house the very next day to take care of our issue. Dave is a really nice guy who will help you problem solve in order to find the best outcome. Dave and his wife are small business owners here in the valley and I feel great supporting them. moved into a new rental and this place seemed like problem after problem and it was disastrous for us. we were debating just backing out of the lease when we discovered an elm bug infestation that we tried to handle ourselves multiple times with no luck. chrome pest control promised a 95% success on it, and i’ve only seen one live elm bug in the 2 days i’ve lived here compared to the hundreds that was here before. thank you so much chrome pest control ❤️

Awesome service!! Trustworthy, professional and kind! Dave sprays our house for spiders and bugs inside and out. What he uses inside is safe for the kids and pets but strong enough to keep out spiders and we have had no problems with black widows in our garage since he started spraying for us. He is very friendly and accommodating, always working with our schedule to get us taken care of. Definitely the very best!!

We are super happy not only with the service done (mosquito control and treating for carpenters ants), but with their technician’s level of knowledge. He was very friendly and gave us tips on how to prevent ants from being a recurring problem. It’s obvious that customer care and satisfaction are a priority to them (not just making money off us).
