Josh and his crew were such lifesavers for our family! They found an insane amounting rodent activity in a home we were closing on that our inspector totally missed. They took the time to take pictures and ensure that every space in the home was inspected and treated. With only two days until we needed to stay there for our first night they worked literally around the clock to make sure that the home was clean and safe for our family. Their work included a complete sanitation and removal of layers and layers of old insulation and installation of new blown in fiberglass. We could not be happier with the work that they did and are so grateful for their time and expertise. Highly recommend for exclusion, sanitation, and new insulation!

I have an Airbnb in Florissant and just could not get rid of the mice. I didn't want to spend money on having someone come out just to lay trap and bait which I knew would be temporary. A friend referred me to Josh and best decision I have made. Block all entryway points. No more Mice...Genius!!! Highly recommend using CMPC. Good price, fast service and most importantly, worth every dollar.

If I could give MORE stars, I would! Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to eliminate access points for the rodents rather than just only set traps. His main goal is to stop the problem rather than maintain it. He goes above and beyond. Thank you is simply not enough. He saved my sanity and restored my home from rodent infestation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 10/10!!!

Josh and his team did an amazing job helping us with our wasp problem. They quickly took a few nests down, repaired a spot on our door where bugs were getting in and sprayed the house. Also gave us some great advice for mice and bugs. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service!. We had a major squirrel invasion in our house in Salida and as soon as I contacted Josh I knew we were in good hands. He came quickly, assessed the situation and did a very thorough job of sealing entrance and exit points. He came a few days later for a follow up and did additional work. We are now critter free and can begin the cleanup. I highly recommend Central Mountain Pest Control. Plus, Josh is a very nice guy!

Thourough and professional. Haven't had any issues with mice or other rodents since. So now I'm having them spray my house. Definitely will use Josh and his business for future issues. Great Company hands down!!
