Last summer, the empty field next to our house got built out and we used a large company to seal the perimeter, which took multiple visits. This winter, we started seeing evidence of field mice, so I decided to try Elite Pest Defense. Cameron and Moe not only sealed all exterior entry points around the perimeter of our home perfect my in one visit! They also did checkup visits to ensure that we were fully protected! And we have had zero activity since!

Moe is the best! So personable and helped so much with my backyard vole problem. Always prompt and reliable. Cannot recommend enough.

After 5-star service at my work for many years, I hired Elite to come to my home. Cameron is so sweet and thorough in explaining what he is doing and answering my questions. Moe is just a gem! We had a small wasp nest forming on our fence in our backyard. We called Moe, and he was able to come out in the morning two days later. He let us know when he was on his way (firmly in the window he gave us, which most know, many vendors do not hold to their time, so it was greatly appreciated) and was very prompt. He immediately got to work! Moe let us know that since the nest was so small and he didn't need to do much, he wouldn't charge us! We were so appreciative. He quickly removed the nest, sprayed it so the wasps would not return, and gave us tips on items we could purchase to prevent the wasps from building a new nest. In a day and age where excellent customer service is rare, Moe is at the top! Elite Pest Defense has a life-long customer in us now. The professionalism and knowledge are top-notch!

We recently hired Moe to come out and do a consultation to help us figure out how a mouse had gotten into the basement of our home. He was absolutely fantastic. Moe clearly understands the science behind pest behavior and how to actually prevent them from getting in, not just throwing down some glue traps and spraying chemicals everywhere. He was so patient, personable and thorough we felt we got so much value for the service I wanted to write a review for others to see. If you are having an issue, call Moe! He can actually help!

Moe did a great job. He inspected the house, found the access points and sealed them. He then proceeded to treat the house and provided follow up visits and eliminated the problem. He was prompt, communitcated effectively, and was great to work with.

100% recommend. Responsive, fair pricing, and great communication. We have had Elite come out two years in a row to take care of wasps. Moe has an encyclopedic knowledge of pests and came very prepared both times. Told us about the safety of his products and what to be on the lookout for after treatments. This year he took out many nests but was so honest and said that the nests were not going to be an issue, but we insisted and proceeded anyway. I know of very few serviced based businesses that are this honest, respectful and well priced.
