Very good service—simple and well organized. The technician was friendly and showed me and explained the wasp nests we had in our home. I called them after my 10yo son and husband got stung. I will definitely call them again this year for preventive service, as there are many wasps in our area during the spring and summer.

They "dumped" me as a customer with no explanation. They sent me an email saying they couldn't meet my specific pest control expectation!? I literally have NO IDEA what they mean. Ive NEVER been a difficult customer. I've always paid my bill the day of service, never had any issues with the service tech and thought i was a good client.. so I was totally floored by this. I have absolutely no idea what I did but that's fine I just started using a different company. But while using them they did an ok job. They sprayed for ants, spiders, and other bugs. And we still constantly got spiders. We just kept using them because I liked our service tech. His son went to the same school as my kids and he lived a couple blocks away. He was a great guy. The company constantly had receptionist problems. I only ever had to call if I had to reschedule. Thankfully not very often. But we used this company for a few years too. So again floored by this but that's OK I've moved on to better. And NO MORE SPIDERS

I called to get a quote for pest services. The gentlemen answered and I said I was a non profit calling from a High School and he said not interested and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not use this company who is unwilling to help a local high school.

Ryan came out to deal with some voles that had been tunneling under my shed. He was professional and courteous and very pleasant! And the voles were gone within 10 days. Thanks to Bee Smart, my shed won't collapse into the tunnels!

We had a pretty serious mouse problem and weren’t even sure how bad it was. Based on droppings and activity, it was estimated to be 20+ mice, which is… not great. From the first call, these guys were outstanding. Justin, the owner, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me walking through the situation, explaining what was likely happening, and answering questions without rushing me or pushing a sale. He was also completely upfront about pricing before anyone ever came out. No surprises, very reasonable, and clearly competitive. He then connected me with Ryan, who came out the very next day. Ryan was awesome. Super knowledgeable, clearly knew what he was doing, answered a million questions, and never once tried to upsell anything. No subscription model, no pressure, no scare tactics. Just “you’ve got mice, here’s the solution.” Traps were placed strategically, the plan was clearly explained, and since then we haven’t seen a single mouse. Not one. If you’re dealing with mice and want honest, professional help with fair, upfront pricing, this is the company to call. Highly recommended.

Ryan took my black widow spider situation in hand, combining professional expertise and great people skills. I especially appreciated his advice on what I should do to reduce the risk while the treatments do their part. So glad to have found such a great company!

Justin helped rid our home of some mice a while ago and was responsive, informative and professional. He gave us confidence the issue was being resolved and it was. This inspection was a follow up and while looking for sign of mice, saw and advised of black widow webs. Glad they’re on our side!

Not the best experience. Wasp were back after a weel the company sprayed their nests. Initially the indicated to call them back if we notice any wasp activity back. It's been two weeks since my first called, I called one more time and they never return calls they just ignored them. I paid $325 + tip. I would not recommend them.

I called as a facilities manager to have them service one of the buildings I cover, I was hung up on and when I tried to call back my number was blocked. I would have liked to have given 45 buildings for them to service, but unfortunately they did not want to forge a business relationship.

Neglected to inform when he was here to spray, left my garage door open for several hours waiting. When calling I got yelled at stating they already came to spray and that not much could be done due to the objects in the garage. Had I known the tech was here I would’ve moved those things to ensure the best spray. We’ve found 5 black widows over the span of a month and have dogs. Not knowing the garage was sprayed it was left opened and I could’ve let my dogs out. This business is lacking in the professional department and the treatment I got over the phone when asking for an update was uncalled for. The company owner, obviously annoyed by me calling told me “ he did a favor, was low on time and couldn’t spray much “ thank you so much sir. You potentially could’ve got my dogs sick, or anything in my garage stolen. Next time you should treat CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAYING YOU better. We love a child of an owner who tells me I didn’t pay for it but my landlord did it’s the same difference. The first visit the garage was never brought up or was I ever asked to open it. Not my fault you had the wrong notes for “ exterior and basement. “ which meant you had to “ do a favor “ and come out and do your job.

I paid $200 a month ago and still have ants & spiders. When i called they told it is one treatment with NO GUARANTEES!! Poor service Poor Quality FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY
