Great experience. Tommie was consultative and concerned to make sure we performed the right level of service for my situation. In his perimeter inspection he helped me understand what to watch out for, and identified some droppings as coming from a bat (good!) not mice (bad!).

We just had a service performed, and so far, we are pleased with how Tommie, the technician, handled the problem. We were dealing with yellow jackets on our front porch and in a basement window well. He quickly identified the appropriate treatment and executed it effectively. His service comes with a 60-day warranty, and he assured me that I can contact him at any time if any issues arise.
