If I could give zero stars I would. BIG RED FLAG!! First, we hired AJ Cross to complete our home inspection, but we got someone else that we don't even know if they were certified, licensed, nor held any other credential. Hello Drunken Fistmaster,

While your username definitely deserves five stars, the story behind it doesn’t check out. After looking into this matter, we reached out to all of the actual clients associated with the property in question, including the buyer, sellers, and realtors, who kindly confirmed they did NOT post this review. We have their responses in writing to verify. That makes this a FALSE REVIEW UNDER AN IMPERSONATED IDENTITY, which is a bit of a red flag, and definitely not something we recommend.

For clarity:
• All inspections completed by Next Level Inspections are performed by licensed and certified professionals, fully compliant with California law.
• Our pest inspection and repair services are conducted under the proper state licensing and oversight, with clear ethical separation between inspection and repair work.
• We’ve built our reputation on transparency, accuracy, and integrity.

We always welcome anyone with genuine questions about our work, licensing, or qualifications to reach out directly. We’re happy to provide proof and even happier to stand behind our name.

With that being said, we will be reaching out to Google as this appears to be a false review.
Prompt, professional, accurate and organized with online reports and work orders. Highly recommend AJ! My only regret is not calling him as soon as my home was completed.
