Top notch service!!! We haven’t seen an ant since we started our service a few years ago!!! Prior to that, we had a huge problem on our hands!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Scheduling is terrible. I'm tired of this company coming at their convenience when they are "in the neighborhood" and not being able to schedule my own date and time. I hate getting text messages ONE day before a service. I have appointments, I have work... FFS! This company's website says in large print at the top, "Expert Pest Protection", yet I always get a trainee here with a supervisor. I explicitly asked when I signed up to have the SAME person come out each time because I like to get to know one person and not have random strangers at my house all the time. I was told by Aldo that he would note that on my account. This wasn't honored... probably because this company seems to not be able to keep the same employees. Overall pest control? I see NO DIFFERENCE in the amount of spiders and mosquitos. These are my main two problems and nothing has changed over the last year CURA has been coming here. In fact, it's gotten worse. I was better off doing it myself as I did before. Last year I ended up with MORE FLEAS because CURA only SPOT TREATS areas. It's not worth $150 for general spot treatment and $200+ for mosquitos. I'm going back to spraying my WHOLE YARD myself, since they don't do this. If you watch them while they're "working" you'll see them spray a few spots and some boarders around only part of your house. They don't even spray a boarder around your whole house. Another issue; it was noted by the technician that my mosquito traps were refreshed. I went outside to check and they weren't even touched! After rescheduling three times, watching them hardly spray anything, and those traps not be refreshed... that was the last draw. I am cancelling my account with CURA. This is ridiculous and has been a nightmare. Another pest control company came by and said they spray your whole yard; from the curb up to your house. Same with the backyard. AND they do it for a cheaper price. Less than $100. I don't think I will be signing up with another pest control company, but at least I know there are better options.

I have now received my third treatment from Cura. I am still enjoying almost no spiders on the outside. Before treatment, there was clear evidence of many black widow egg sacs--Ew. (Yes, I saw them.) Now there are fewer webs to walk through. Good job, Cura!

The CURA termite and pest control team have been providing exceptional service and support in eradicating any pest that tries to invade my home. If I see something unusual I simply call them and they send a service tech out within a reasonable amount of time to handle the situation. Recently Vincent came for servicing the home and provided some incite on how/where to place traps in the event they are needed. In addition, crystal follows up after each appointment to make insure customer expectations were met and we were satisfied. Thank you team!

We got our reminder of the quarterly visit then on that day received a heads up text before they arrived. This was very helpful for our hectic schedule. The tech, Cooper, was great!
