This company treated my rental units for termite and dry rot damage. Their itemized quote included $2,200 to treat the eaves, including replacing or patching and then painting all damaged wood. A few months later, I was astonished to see peeling paint on the eaves in inspection photos from my property management company. I now understand that All Coast's diagram was deceptive. The arrows labeled "11B" do not indicate the eaves generally, they indicate only specific spots. Who pays $2,200 for three VERY SMALL treatment areas? Me. I hope others will avoid my mistake.

Litigious and irresponsible- beware! All coast tented my house. They assured me my plants would be safe. When I asked them to move the tent behind my three 30-year old giant tree ferns that were two feet away from the house, they refused. They said it was impossible and not necessary because the ferns would grow back. They died and did not grow back. Each plant of that size would cost 1000. I spent 1000 to replace the plants and they are nowhere near as nice as what I had before. Despite killing my expensive plants, All Coast would not accept a reduction in price to cover my replacement cost and is suing me! Stay away!
