We got outstanding service addressing gophers that were mounding all over a newly landscaped area. They came out and gassed all the holes and even knocked down the mounds and recovered them with the wood chips. A month later, no sign of gophers.

I called TerraX about a possible rodent issue (my attic vents had rusted and one had been compromised - I could see this visually). I had previously inspected the attic and saw one rat "poop". Joe called me back and told me they should do an inspection and then we can talk about the next steps, including repairing the vents. Joey did the inspection, was thorough, checking all vents for possible access, including crawl space and under the deck. Verified the attic vents should be replaced. Let me know the rat may have visited but did not stay, and the rat dropping was old (dried). Brad then came and did the attic vent replacement, and then pointed out some other issues to address (smaller vents around the roof line) as they would be the same age as the other vents. He then returned to take care of those. Overall good customer service and workmanship. I had some issues with understanding the billing at the end, and Joe reached out, clarified and adjusted as needed. I would highly recommend this group. They are thorough and do good work.

Bodie knows his stuff. Seriously, Bodie was able to identify a few more openings in the house, allowing mice to enter. He came back 2 other times and was excellent each time. If you want a knowledgeable and effective tech, call Bodie at Terra X. The office staff were very wonderful as well...

Fast, considerate of my needs and pest situation. The quote was reasonable and even made recommendations for making sure the issue doesn't resurface. Really appreciated the payment and service options, and just knowing that in 30 days, this issue will be resolved!

I have only had the best experience with Terra X. Jackson has been personally taking care of our pest needs for about 2 years now. His communication is great! He also has amazing knowledge of all the bugs that have been pestering us! He has talked with me about damage the bugs can or cannot do and if we need to address the issue immediately or not. I haven't used another pest control company, so I can't speak to comparative pricing, but I always feel the money I spent was well worth it. Thank you Jackson for all your hard work!

Would not recommend. No clear warranty period even if they missed a rodent access point. In the event that you do have issues shortly afterwards, you will get charged again for them to do an entire rodent trapping program. Sadly I found this out after the fact assuming it was warrenty work. ~$800 down the drain. 6 month update: My tenant notified me that TerraX never came back to get their traps they said they put in the attic. So at this point I have traps in my attic that may or may not have rats in them.

Terra X did great work. The tech, Christen (sp?), was professional and thorough. Rat problem has been taken care of.
