My price reflected a monthly contract that went on for two years, that extermination plan wasn't working. Over a four month time I left several message for the local manger to call, I was told that the field rep would call me to setup an appointment to address my concerns that were not being addressed and the rodent problem persisted. Mountain redwood Rats were eating my house like Swiss cheese and filling the walls and ventilation system with feces and acorns. That rep return call never happed

Office doesn’t call back when you leave a message asking them to. Had to call them multiple times. Service man was supposed to provide 2 services in 1 visit but didn’t have the supplies with him for both, had to come back the next day too. Poor customer service.

Staff is amazing, but the technicians that come out dont do such a great job. Must constantly call them back and ask them to do what you pay for. They do it without attitude vut. The fact that i need to ask everytime is not good.
