Be aware - the technician will call to confirm the appointment and you can not tell him it is not a good time. They will show up regardless unless you call the main line to cancel. Something they do not share with you when you sign up. Also now that we had an issue, the company does not get back to you when you want to talk to a manager. Have had Terminix service for almost 20 years, fine service until this year. They are billing for service after not showing up. Two time now, they billed and did not treat my house. When I said I wasn’t gonna pay for it, they sent it to collections, after 20 years of being a loyal customers. If you believe the 4 - 5 star reviews, read them again, they are all fakes! They have people posting good reviews that aren’t even customers to cover up their deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

This company billed me even though not give any service. The technician is a liar mentioned they sprayed the outside of the house. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but he still insisted on payment. I have a CCTV camera to prove no one came. Filled complained to BBB and DHA customer affair.
