I've never received poorer service from anyone than I received from Orkin. They either no showed for my appointment or rescheduled my appointment without notification. When they did actually show up , after multiple reschedules or no shows, The service guy could not see what it was I was trying to show him and stated that he had poor eyesight. You're looking for pests, how can you have poor eyesight? When he finally was able to see what I was experiencing, he stated that he could not identify w

Just spent 3300$$ yes thousand $$ ,and got incomplete service and now i6cant get anyone to call me back . I'm pissed . Now after I had called to cancel ALL service from the Orkin Company, they are sending me a bill for $ 258 , for renewal of termite service. I already paid for $ 3,000 incomplete,poor service. Another representative came out and said he would have them do another inspection and redo the service I already paid for . He no longer works for them and they WILL NOT honor his promises.

The service technician does a very good job. My issue is with the business end of things. My original pest company was bought out by Orkin last June 2022. Ever since they took over my account I have not received a bill. I told the technician on several occasions that I was not getting any bills. I believe he passed that information back to the office. Nothing changed. I tried to keep up with the payments by paying them as soon as the technician came out but I was just guessing as to what w
