Very happy with their service. We have a termite problem, but we cannot tent because we share a wall with our neighbors. Eduardo came out and did a fantastic job treating every area that had signs of termites. He even patched and painted the exterior wood that was damaged. Their service comes with a 1-year warranty, and we feel very confident that we are in good hands.

I needed to find a pest control company back in March and I saw an ad for this company so I called to schedule a service. I was helped by Eduardo and he was very professional, kind, and respectful of my property. A few months later I had a different pest issue come up so I called back to request Eduardo again because of the great experience I had with him the first time. All of the staff over the phone were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and Eduardo Miranda!

Shawn, Eduardo, Michael, and administration Ramona are wonderful people who consistently go above and beyond to solve rodent bug and insect problems. They're reliable, professional, and genuinely caring, handling every job thoroughly and following up until the issue is fixed and it's been a plus they do their best to work with my demanding schedule. I highly recommend them to homeowners and property managers alike; if property management companies knew how good they are, they'd hire them indefinitely.

My HOA contracted with Southern California Exterminators for a termite situation that would ordinarily call for tenting, but where circumstances don't allow it. Shawn did a thorough inspection and Eduardo completed treatments while inspecting even further and taking the time to explain the particulars and answer my many questions. Had working family operation.

We have tons of spiders. We met Shawn through a friend and he came over discussed their plan of action and how to address the problem. He was informative, easy to deal with and simply put, a great guy. A day or so later Eduardo came out, went over what Shawn had outlined, walked the property and got to work. He too was super friendly, understood what we needed and did the work. He was here a lot longer than expected - which is a good thing! Very thorough. I look forward to using them for as long as we need pest and termite control.

SCE was by far the most professional and thorough termite exterminators we have had do work on our home. From the day we had out inspection and quote I knew SCE took their business seriously. Aduardo Miranda from Southern California Exterminators came out this morning to retreat for subterranean termites. He was thoroughly professional, explained what he was going to be doing and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend Southern California Exterminators to anyone who is having issues — especially now during swarming season!

These guys are great. Used them for my termite tenting for my house. Gave me a solid deal on pricing and were very flexible with my schedule. Cleaned up after they were done. Gave me a list and photos of all the repair work needed to be done. Shawn is a very nice and easy to talk to gentleman. Thanks guys!
