DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely destroyed our newly planted plants and even tented in our trees that were more than 10 inch off of the house. All of our plants are now dead and they left our flower beds in complete disarray. Bummer. One of our few low ratings. Why, you ask? Let me clarify that this is only about Pacific Pest’s termite-impacted wood replacement services. We’ve been a customer of theirs for over 2 years for periodic spraying and that’s ok. My wife engaged Pacific Pest to replace wood that was indicated by their inspector to be damaged. They provided a very basic sketch of what they were going to do and proposed $5400. As my wife and myself are not termite or carpentry experts and could not tell

I have never written a bad review in my life until now, we've had the worst experience with this company. We had a technician from Corky's Pest come out because there was a dead animal smell in the bedroom and we thought there might be a dead animal underneath the house. I spoke to a customer service associate from the day prior and she told me there would be a $250 charge for the carcass removal service. She said she needed a debit card on file before the technician would come out the next day.
