Excellent customer service and VERY effective treatment. When other companies told us we would have to "live with it because its just where our house is located" Jamul has completely taken care of the pest problem and we haven't had a problem sense. Thank you for ALL that you do Jamul!

He didn’t just address the main problem—he also sprayed for cockroaches, silverfish, and other pests to make sure everything was fully covered. What really stood out was the warranty he provided, which no other company was willing to offer. He even came back to the property after 15 days to make sure the pests were completely gone. On top of the excellent service, their prices are amazing compared to big companies. I paid only about one quarter of what other companies quoted me. Great service, honest pricing, and real results. This company went above and beyond to rid my house of rats that traveled from a nasty neighbors rental house. They blocked every possible entrance around my house to prevent further infestation. They provide monthly care and are very thorough. Friendly service.

I've been with Jamul Pest Control for a very long time and they have always shown me courtesy and respect.

They sent an inspector that wasn't knowledgeable and verbally gave us a quote. He wasn't knowledgeable either, he thought the wasp nest was some sort of bug dirt nest. He verbally gave us two prices, one for spraying only and one for spraying and blocking. The next day two guys showed up and only sprayed the wasps, but finally charged us for the higher quote. Anyhow, I don't trust them and will not recommend their service.

Jamul Pest gets the job done , period. We don’t have ants in our 2 houses they take care of or any crawling critters we don’t want on our property. Thorough, polite and respectful of our time and property. My wife tried a new to our area service for one of our properties and they failed even after 3 or 4 attempts to rid us of ants , had to rehire Jamul and they took care of the infestation. She financially regretted that decision because the new service had her sign a contract she couldn’t get out of so she had to pay 2 bills until that contract lapse. Aaron and company are an excellent company, we have used them for over 20 years .

They are outstanding! They took over the company we had been with and our service improved drastically. They let us know when they are coming the night before and the day of, they also come anytime between regular visits should we call and ask, which we have never needed since they do such a good job! We highly recommend them! We haven’t found anyone better or more reliable.
