Jason is fast and efficient!

My apartment leasing office hired this company to address a rodent infestation, and they did not solve the problem. During the first inspection, they were in my unit for about 20 minutes, and the follow-up a few days later lasted only 10 minutes. They placed 8 sticky traps around the apartment, which did nothing except lead to finding more bugs. They also placed 3 traps in the attic and claimed there was no rodent activity. A month later, there are still rodents, and now there are flies on my roof. Overall, their service was brief, ineffective, and did not address the ongoing infestation.
