I have been using Dr. Pest for apx. 2 years. This team is efficient, easy to communicate with, makes paying easy and provides excellent service. They do a good job with maintaining consistency in the exterminator that services your home, the two gentlemen that have done my home in the past have been lovely. Eli is fantastic! He is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to do the job right. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions or concerns. He really seems to care about helping and actually fixing the problem, rather than just rushing through the job. He actually used to service our home when he worked for another company we stopped using because their treatments were rushed and not very effective. We had no idea he was now with this company and just got lucky

This company will tell you a lie to get your to sign up to their monthly service. The intake person promised me that they had an opening for service today. I specifically told them I had an event and needed to have my home serviced. I pad with hesitation. I wondered why it was such a coincidence that i called at 1:00 pm and have a person available for the same afternoon. Sure enough, they lied. NO CALL, NO SHOW, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! I left a message asking for my money to be returned ASAP
