All City Termite Co

All City Termite tented my house in 2022 but the termites returned - definitely recommend getting a re-inspection before the warranty is up. Their workers also broke a water spigot in my backyard and then closed off my home’s emergency water shutoff. I returned home and discovered the water has been shut off to the entire house so I turned it back on. I didn’t notice the massive leak of water until several hours later. I’m lucky I didn’t let it run overnight. They absolutely should have told me about the broken valve. Also, I asked them to remove one small plant from my home that had sentimental value to me (the only plant there). They said no problem but then left it in during fumigation and killed it. I informed the owners of both issues but nothing came of it. Overall, not the best experience.

All City, Corey, and his crew were timely, efficient, and trustworthy. I feel confident our issues were treated and we will be using them in the future. Thank you!

Working with Corey and All City was amazing. The work is incredible, and Corey’s communication through the project was fast and always very helpful. He was always honest and direct too - telling us when he thought a project didn’t make sense or wasn’t necessary. We could tell his priority was to make sure we loved our house without breaking the bank. His team was wonderful and did such an incredible job. They were also very respectful of us and our home while the work was going on. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
