I’ve been using this company for over 7 years for termite inspections and general pest control. They’ve always been punctual, professional, and transparent with pricing. I rarely see pests anymore, but when I do, they send someone out immediately! It’s nice to have a company you can trust with something as important as protecting your home.

I have a lot of fruit trees in my backyard and was not aware that they were the source of my rodent issue until I called Cal Termite and had Lance come out to inspect my property. He recommended setting up some bait stations around the exterior of my home which have really helped with the rodent population on the exterior of my home.

Cal Termite and Pest Control is great! We have them come every other month for general spraying outside the house. They have always been so helpful and responsive. Then one day we discovered that our cat had fleas. They came and fumed the inside of the house. The technician was very kind. He explained everything well and sent me on my way. We haven’t seen any fleas since.

The office calls the day before coming to my home to provide monthly service. The Technician calls ahead to give an approximate arrival time.

1-year follow-up to extermination treatment. Nate was the technician that did the inspection. He was thorough & explained what he saw & options for correction. However, the report showed a diagram but not whether the problem was on the first or second story. Otherwise, the service was good & recommendations valid.
