I am very happy with the services by Termite Guy. The fumigation teams led by a gentleman named "Art"was amazingly efficient and professional. They came to my house timely and started their work. Art was professionally trained and communicated very well what they were doing and carefully inspected my house and checked for inadequate packed stuffs and any items that I might have not done properly. Everything went on smoothly and precisely. Then came the wood repair team by Manny & Juan. Such a great team who were so skillful, professional, and friendly. Manny's inspected the woods and advised me what to be done with accordance to his work order. Very thorough explanation and easy to understand. Manny's team also very efficient and waste no time in completing their assigned order. I was absolutely happy with both teams that assigned to fix my termite damaged house. I would recommend anyone who might be looking for a one stop shop termite treatment company. Thank you very much.

Manny and Juan were so professional! Their work was very well done. They were on time, worked very hard on some of the hottest days of summer. They throughly cleaned up every day and were on time every day. I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. I don’t know who the man was that acted like the boss because he looked extremely unprofessional, was much later than the others and was only here for about 5 minutes over the 5 days Manny and Juan were here. He was not dressed professionally and never even told me who he was. I was relieved that he did not come back and Manny was here instead. Thank you Manny and Juan!

We chose them because they offered not only fumigation services but also the fascia repair work on the house that needed to be done before the fumigation. The repair work was done thoroughly and nicely, the fumigation crew came after them and done a prompt, professional job. They were easy to work with, paid attention to detail and followed up on all requests we had. I recommend their services to anyone who wants a quick, professional, expert termite job done.

Our termite inspector, James was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ariana was also super friendly and helpful. We had the home tented and fumigated, everything was very smooth. The workers were very careful with our landscaping. Several roof tiles were broken and they were replaced with new ones the next week. Highly recommended company.

I contacted The Termite Guy because I was not happy with a termite inspection that had been completed by another vendor. James McCall came to my home and found things that the other termite inspector never found. Not only was I was very impressed by Mr. McCall’s thoroughness and knowledge, I was also impressed by how quickly he responded to my texts and E-mails. In fact, everybody at The Termite Guy was very responsive. They helped me every step of the way by providing very clear instructions when I had my house tented. The wood repair and painting were also top notch, and my house looks great again!

Beware: Sub-contracted work with no accountability Even though The Termite Guy gave me a quote 30% more expensive than other bids, I chose them for the "whole package": everything done in house, including roof repair, a 5-year fumigation warranty, and a roof tile warranty. Sounds great, right? Not really. My fumigation was delayed by a day and I was notified at 3pm the day before. They never mailed or dropped off the Nylofume bags so I had to send someone to pick them up. I didn't make a big deal out of it because mistakes happen. Turns out that should have been my warning sign. I found out the fumigation was done by a subcontractor but not until after the tent came down, when I asked about broken tiles. They were hesitant and asked me who would be fixing the roof before answering. I told them I signed a contract with full tile warranty, and only then did they admit they were subcontractors and that tiles were broken. I checked the fumigation notice on my door and the name was not The Termite Guy. I looked up the address of the subcontracting company and it was a residential address. Because of the subcontracting I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly, so I asked for all paperwork and photos from the process. All I got was a receipt saying fumigation was completed and a single photo of a gas reading that could belong to any house. No logs of gas levels before, during, and after. No photos or documentation of my roof condition before and after. I am now genuinely unsure if my house was fumigated correctly, if the roof was actually fixed, and whether I can trust them to honor the 5-year warranty. For the amount I paid, it feels like I paid a premium to a middleman who subcontracted everything out and I was still the one chasing down the people actually doing the work. My advice: go with the cheaper bid. The Termite Guy charges more and does not deliver what they promise.

Started with Gilbert. Great customer service. Very thorough except the start date for the fumigation was not clear. The only message we got from the phone call was “fumigation alert” but did not say the start time or anything.

Work crew quite professional and responsible

It was my first time going through the fumigation process, and Steven and his team made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were flexible with scheduling the inspection around my availability, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to clearly explain every step, including what needed to be bagged and what could be left out, so there were no surprises. Super professional, communicative, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

I was very happy with the termite fumigation preparation The Termite Guy provided. We had potted plants, multiple vine species, and an entire wall covered in foilage. They helped move giant pots, trimmed back vine roots without killing them and worked some magic on a vine that extended across the fence to the house wall. Their general care for saving our beautiful plants was very heartfelt. Thank you so much. I know the install took longer than your usual tent install because of the plants.
