Rodent Free just completed the work in the attic. They remove the insulation, sealed the whole house, clean up, set the traps and did follow inspections. After succesful inspections, they install the new insulation. They also provide 5 year warrantee and cost was reasonable. Andrew is awesome to deal with. The crew was very respectful. After finding evidence of mice in our house and trying to take care of the problems ourselves, and failing, it was time to call a professional. Andrew was able to come inspect the house the day we called. He identified many entry points and explained how they take care of the problem. He emailed a invoice later that evening. We also had another company come out the same day. Andrew's price was under half the cost of the other company and they offer a 5 year guarantee while the other company only offered 2. We obviously went Rodent Free. They were able to come 3 days later, but we needed to push back a couple days. They showed up promptly on time, closed up all entry points all over the inside and outside of they house, and set traps to take care of any other problems. They will return to take any traps and set any others we may need. I HIGHLY recommend rodent free to rid your home of these pesky mice

Andrew and his team did a great job when we moved into our house ~3.5 yrs ago. Recently, I was concerned there maybe some new rodent activity so I called Andrew. We had a great experience with Rodent Free (RF) Our house had rodent issues in the past and we never got around to addressing the cleanup of the attic and crawlspace. I called a round different rodent companies to get quotes and evaluation. RF was fast at responding to my request and informative with the process. They ended up doing the attic and crawlspace cleanup, proofing our home and adding insulation. Couple weeks later an animal got back in the crawl space and RF came back right away to fix the issue. We have been very happy with their service!

Andrew and his team seal our house for rats entering 2023. We have very old house. They did a great job seal every possible holes/gaps. They came back like 2-3 time to check . Highly recommend them .
