We've been using Terro ant bait for our ant problem. It helps temporarily but they always come back. I called Oso Pest in the morning about my ant problem and they came out the same day by lunchtime. They are super knowledgable, efficient and most importantly, effective! Highly recommend for ants!!

BEST Pest Control company I have used in the last 30 years. Love the way Oso Pest control works with you to eradicate the pests (insects and rodents) and get your flowers blooming bug free. The horticulture specialist, Paul, spent more than an hour walking our property, inspecting the flowers and fruit trees and coming up with a plan for each. They came out the following day and sprayed various insecticides, cleaned all the spider webs and provided some insight on how to improve the health of some of our trees. The cost was the same as our previous pest control company and Oso covered our entire house, yard and hillside. Results Of course the results are the most important part of the service. After just a couple weeks the leaves on the rose bushes recovered and are looking great. One flowering plant that was almost destroyed by some bug is recovering and the fruit and Avocado trees are looking great. We are also mosquito free which in the past was such a big problem we could not enjoy the pool area in the backyard. There were small flying insects that showed up at dusk every night (we were informed they are moths) that were non existent after the 2nd day. Ants that would always show up after a week with the previous pest control company, have not been since treatment. Summary: they informed when they would arrive, called when they were on there way, performed the promised service in a very friendly and considerate way, eradicated the pests and improved the health of the plants, trees and flowers. Yesterday, my wife saw a cock roach in the house. (We did not have them service the house previously thinking there were no issues. ) She called last night and they came out today to resolve the issue. Again, I have never had a pest control company this responsive. They provided a 3 hour time window and called when they were on their way to treat the house. They explained what they were going to do, our role in helping them to determine if the problem was resolved and completed the work at no extra charge. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a sustainable and eco friendly pest control with exceptional customer service.

Comprehensive meticulous, dedicated local business experts the OSO PEST CONTROL team were the first responder in a yelp search (Thank you Oso for the yelp discount) To the trauma of our finding roof rats in our home in Dana Point. And just like with emergency first responders, we felt we were in extremely capable hands. Both Paul Speed and Johnny inspected the indoors and the outdoors of the property for evidence of rat activity and nesting. After they thoroughly investigated, they knowledgeably advised us Of our options for treatment and maintenance and devoted a significant time in the consultation to make sure we understood what our role needed to be in helping them eradicate these roof rats. Elizabeth in the office was responsive. They went above and beyond to see our situation immediately. I found them to be very trustworthy and responsible. I have highly recommended them to all of my neighbors who share the same hillside.

Excellent service, and we are so happy we signed up with Oso Pest Control. Our technician was so nice, thoughtful and really cared about doing a good job at getting rid of our ant and rat problems. We are happy to say, the ants are gone and we haven't noticed any evidence of rats in our backyard. We couldn't be happier. We also appreciate that they are a local company too. Thank you Oso!
