Dash Pest Control

Booked this company to come out and spray our triplex, booked job for an arrival window of 8:00am-11:00am which is fine. Got a call on that day around 9:00am saying the tech would not be coming out and they would have to reschedule. Wouldn’t be such a big deal if myself and our neighbors didn’t have to pull our kitchen apart to ready for their arrival and to spray, meaning we can’t use our kitchens. Whatever. Next day comes and our new arrival window is from 9:00am- 12:00pm and tech showed up finally around 12:40pm. The dispatch at this company really needs to get their scheduling figured out because this is ridiculous and very inconvenient. Can’t wait to see if they even solve our problem anyways. So far, pretty unreliable for scheduling.

However, recently, Antoine has been our technician and he has been offering service that’s at a whole ‘nother level. Night and day different with ants in our home. I tried everything on my own for over a year with no luck, and with Dash they were gone within a week never to return. When they did come back once, Dash came the next day for a treatment in between our quarterly services. Staff is friendly and always gives a heads up when they're on their way. Would absolutely recommend!

Called in the morning and they made time for me that day! The exterminator was lovely and so kind, and we have had perfect success getting the bugs out! Thank you so much Dash!!! Highly recommend

Dash was great! They let me know what to expect. They were on-time, professional, and went right to work. These roaches were driving me crazy. Every morning, I'd wake up to crawl across my floor and in my pots and pans cabinet...YUCK! I realized the problem was coming from my neighbors who were leaving trash and empty soda cans out on their patios downstairs and behind me. Finally, after much pleading, my property manager agreed to pay for Dash to come in and treat the areas. I had them come out a few years ago, and they were excellent. When Dash called to set the appointment, they let me know my puppy and I would need to be out for at least two hours after the treatment. They recommended to have all the areas treated completely, I needed to take everything out of the cabinets and drawers, especially in the areas I was seeing the most activity (I enjoy cooking and baking and let's just say, this was no small undertaking). Dash arrived on time. They let me know upfront, I might see them come back at a later time because my neighbors were not having their places done at the same time. Unfortunately, our places are connected. I came back several hours later to find no more roaches... Yeah! Later that night, I saw they were back. I went online and found out, that's what can happen after the treatment. Anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. They are looking for water (you've got to be kidding). It's almost a week later, and I'm seeing a big difference. Dash comes back out two weeks after the initial treatment and does the treatment, if needed, again. I would definitely use them again!

DASH quickly responded to our needs. We will most likely use them in the future.

We love having DASH pest control. They reach out with a notice of service before every visit so we can arrange to bring our dog inside. They remove cobwebs and spray for bugs; keeping down our ant, spider, and pincer bug population dramatically. Their visits are efficient and effective we’ve never had any issues with our dog running around the backyard right after treatment. After trying three other pest control services, we’ve stuck with DASH for years!
