Called about an ant issue and was able to have someone come out that week. Not only were we serviced timely, the agent , V, was able to identify the type of ant and find the source. We’ll see him a few more times as we have follow ups as part of our service.

Met Jerrod the owner really nice guy and very knowledgeable about Pest control and Removal. Highly recommend his company for anyone that needs pest control in Sonoma County. Was impressed how he even brought “Booties” to make sure no dirt or mess got in our house. Really great value and service.

I'm not alone in my neighborhood in offering raise for Nature Science, but they merit another round of Kudos. Tom came to help me sort out a problem I had with "dead animal smell" as well as suspected presence of rodents, and gave me excellent information and next steps. He was through, attentive, knowledgeable and amiable. I'd recommend him and the company without reservation!

They are very knowledgeable and very nice. I asked them to check a vent in my pool shed to see if it was secure and they found out it was an entrance! I can’t recommend a better pest control service and it’s all natural treatment too!

I tried to scheduled service with Nature Science Pest Control twice. They have a very long lead time. Finally scheduled for June 4 and it was a no show. They claim they cannot find my house which is at the Ryder Homes Meadow Creek neighborhood. No email or call. Did I mention they claimed they tried they didn't have my mobile when they confirmed the appointment with me multiple times? Don't sit around and wait for this service.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services, Sarah. I have carefully read your review and the account history and found four separate emails were sent by various members of our customer service team with a request for you to provide us with your phone number. The SMS text history on your account is blank because we never received a phone number from you, as was requested multiple times. All communication was done exclusively via email with you. This entire situation could have been avoided if we had been provided with your phone number as we had requested. Additionally, you called us on 5/14 and were offered a service appointment on 5/15, which is the day after you reached out to us for service. You requested that we wait to schedule your service appointment until after Memorial Day when you had completed your move. <br><br>With all due respect, you seem to be blaming our staff for your actions, which is truly not at all fair. I wish there was a way we could make this right, but we count on our customers to provide us with a phone number so that our technicians can call them if there are any unforeseen issues on the day of the service appointment with locating the property. Our office staff tried their best to assist him and emailed you, but there is obviously a delay with email responses. Instead of following up with us to help us get him better directions, you instead chose to promptly post a negative review. Next time, a little help would go a long way with your service providers. We wish you all the best as you settle in to your new home.

I've used Nature Science for several years and they are always pleasant to work with. They provide several annual plans to suit every size home and budget. No pressure just good old fashioned customer service.

Tom at Nature Science is top notch. He is a master of his craft, very honest and provides excellent service. Nature Science (Not to be confused with the other competing company with "Nature" in their name) provided more items, a better strategic plan, more service visits and at a better price than the other quotes we received. Tom, the technician who came to our home, was responsive and excellent with his communication about timing for his visit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough review of the exterior of the house. He confirmed where the rats were entering and gave us pointers on how to improve the efforts we had already made to deny any further access. He also reviewed where we had seen and trapped the rats and determined that there wasn't more that he could recommend at this time, saving us any further expense. We'll definitely use this company for service again for any future pests in the home, rodent or otherwise.

Truly great service. I shopped around for several Pest Control companies here in Central Marin(Larkspur), and these guys are the best. They wound up being one of the most well-priced, they have great service, and the techs(Matt!) are super friendly, personable, and the product itself is super effective, while also being pet and kid-friendly. Our house is surrounded by trees, so spiders are a problem—I don't mind the spiders themselves, but the webs drive me nuts! I know everyone needs a place to live, I just don't want the webs inside lol. Give them a call!
