I just want to let you guys know you have very poor customer service skills. Mr. Kelly, who is the owner is very rude an unpolite he does not even let you speak. When I called to check the status if they were going to come and spray my unit, there’s always an excuse why they skipped my unit. If I had a choice, I would go with a different company.

We have been using John and his team for years. John is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows where current and potential trouble spots are. John and his team always stand by their work, and are incredibly responsive to our questions and requests.

Highly recommend Kelly Pest over other local exterminators. I had one previous exterminator fall through, so I gave Kelly a call, and they were here before I knew it. Great people who are professional in performance and customer service, they were able to calm me down in my crisis mode of having biting bugs in my apartment (and after another pest control company didn’t keep their commitment), which is no small accomplishment. Importantly, Pam and John are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain the treatments and what they do, why they work, and what to expect. I can’t say the same for any other pest control I spoke with or considered. To top it off, they’re East Bay locals, and clearly care a lot about our community.
