After more than two months, I can confidently say my attic is 100% rodent-free, completely clean, and now has new, energy-efficient R-38 fiberglass insulation. David was the project manager, one of the hands-on workers at moments, and salesperson, which meant there was clear ownership from start to finish. What stood out most was his thoroughness and sense of responsibility to do the job right. They didn’t even begin installing the new insulation until they were 100% certain every rodent entry point had been successfully sealed. So, there was absolutely zero pressure on me to have them complete the job faster than it should have been completed. My home was built in 1948, and older houses like this have countless entry points. They clearly understood that and took the time to address it correctly. I was not asked to pay until they were certain the attic was completely rodent-free, which says a lot about their integrity. David also provided clear information to help me pursue a tax credit for the new insulation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt genuinely taken care of. David and his team put in the time and effort my old house needed, and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant. He even worked with me on the cost. They even installed a new exhaust conduit for my oven range at no extra cost. To access a section of the attic that was otherwise impossible to reach, they had to open a small hole in my living room ceiling. The repair and repainting were done for a very reasonable additional cost, and you would never know the ceiling had been opened. I even had my pest control company check today and they said it was completely clean and the installer did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend Wonderful Attic Care without hesitation. Again, there has been zero rodent activity, no noise, and no lingering odors. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise charges. If you have an older home and want the problem solved correctly the first time, this is the company to call. Communication is the key to success in anything and this company has mastered that art.
