Do not be misled by the positive reviews. I hired Facility Pest Control on June 25 and paid $375 for gopher treatment. During the initial call, I was told that the price included the initial treatment and two follow-up visits. They made it sound as though those visits would be sufficient to resolve the problem. In reality, the technicians simply came out, placed a few baits, and left. Even after the third and final visit on July 16, the gopher problem was not resolved. Gophers are still creating new holes and damaging the grass throughout my backyard. After the third visit, my gardener repaired the damaged grass, but the gophers quickly began destroying it again. I will now have to pay to repair the yard once more. When I called the office again today, I was told that all included visits had been completed and that I would need to pay another $175 for each additional visit. That is unreasonable when the original $375 treatment did not make any meaningful difference. If the company responds by disputing this review, my question is simple: What kind of gopher-treatment company visits a property three times within three weeks but fails to make any meaningful difference in the ongoing gopher activity? The purpose of hiring a professional company was to resolve the problem, not merely to complete a fixed number of ineffective visits and then demand additional payment. Based on my experience, the sales pitch was misleading, the treatment was ineffective, and the limits of the follow-up service were not clearly explained. I paid $375 and still have the same gopher problem. I would not recommend this company.

I had to call them back for the same ant problem three times last summer, which was frustrating because I thought the first treatment would do it and I ended up feeling like I was wasting my own time messing with the scheduling. But honestly, after the fourth visit they finally identified that I had a moisture issue in the back wall that was attracting them, and once they fixed that I havent seen a single bug in six months. Ive used them on and off for a few years now and the technicians are always polite and actually show up when they say they will, which is rare in my experience with this kind of thing. Look, I keep coming back because they dont upsell me on stuff I dont need and they stand behind their work even when my house seems like its fighting them. Points off for the rocky start but they have earned my loyalty at this point and I will probably call them next season too.

This company is great. They show up on time. They never leave a mess. They keep the bugs and rodents away from our house. They show up on time. Sam, the owner, is always helpful. I highly recommend this company, they do a great job. You won’t be disappointed.
