Gabriel and Damian from Vanguard Termite arrived on time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Gabriel clearly explained the work plan in detail both before and after the treatment, and they were easy to talk to, taking the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were especially impressed that Gabriel used a scope to look inside the walls for evidence of termites and even showed us the live video. None of the 4–5 other termite companies that previously inspected our home mentioned using this type of technology, which really set Vanguard apart. He also proactively treated the windows along suspected walls as a preventive measure, which we appreciated. In addition, Gabriel thoroughly explained their 5-year warranty, including the free re-inspections at years 1, 3, and 5. After the treatment, he showed us live termites he found during the process, which gave us confidence that the issue was properly addressed.
