Door to door salesman gave a solid pitch, and my wife and I have had gnat and ant problems recently, so we agreed to give Harper a shot. Despite asking, I never received a receipt, invoice, description of services, or contact info. The first service was done by someone that I was led to believe was an owner/manager, so I made a point to tell him I NEED to be called in advance to schedule visits, as I have two very large dogs that aren't a fan of uninvited guests. Despite this, I never received a call or email, and was never given a contact number to call them with. Instead, two times one of their contractors walked into our backyard completely unannounced, once with the dogs in the backyard, and once with my wife home alone, as she was getting in the shower... and that's where I decided to cancel. On top of all of this, the service was also extremely ineffective. That visit was ten days ago and we have been swarming with ants and gnats since. The only way I was able to contact someone was by finding their number in my bank statement. When I called to cancel, I wasn't asked why or what went wrong... which I also thought was wrong. Word of advise: 1) Give clients a description of work so everyone knows what to expect 2) Give your clients receipts and invoices 3) Give cards and fliers to your salesmen, or at the very least send a follow up email with contact information. 4) Respect your client's space and schedule your appointments Very disappointed. Spent a few hundred bucks and saw no value, just headaches.

Wanted to love this company since my family member referred us to you guys. We were told they would let us know a few days in advance that they would come. They showed up one time as told. The second time we had to CALL and email for days (no response a few times) to see if they were coming because they did not come! The third time, it’s been past a month and they have yet to come service our house! We are on a month to month schedule and have to constantly see if they are coming and we never get any response back! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!! I don’t recommend this company unless you want to be the one contacting them past your appointment date to get your home serviced. Will be canceling their services asap. Better off somewhere else - customer service sucks.

incredible service. tom came over so quickly after i made the call and gave me so much peace of mind. he had a mouse problem and he knew exactly where to go, what to do, what kind of traps and where to place them. i was worried about my dog and babies and he knew exactly how to make sure they stayed healthy and safe. i was so anxious and upset about the problem and i just felt so safe and secure knowing that a true professional was taking care of me and my home. suddenly everything wasn’t so bad anymore. thanks for your help tom

These guys are these best! They are professional, very knowledgeable and they give great service. I once had a roly poly issue in my vegetable garden and they got right to work and helped fix my problem. If you're looking for pest control in South Orange County you have hit the jackpot.
