I had a very disappointing experience with Allure Pest Management. Their service was unprofessional, and the results were underwhelming. Despite multiple visits, the pest issue persisted, and it seemed like the technicians lacked the expertise to address the problem effectively. On top of that, their customer service was unresponsive and dismissive when I tried to voice my concerns. I expected much better for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
Sorry to say, but this company has very poor communication skills. I was sooo disappointed and my husband too! We got 6 bags given at first, for entire house. I had to ask for more. 2 days later I got 10 more bags! With that said, my husband called Melissa a bunch of times, with no reply. I finally had to get ahold of them. Very little instructions or support was given to us thru out the future tenting. It was incredibly dissapointing!! The gas people came to turn off our gas, with no notice from allure companies side. No call or notice came to us, neither by email or telephone call. I was not home for one hour that day, when gas people showed up to try to turn off gas. No luck. I was not home. We begged and pleaded with gas company to come back, they did not! The supervisor at so. Call.gas company told us, it was the company of allure fault for not notifying us about time that they would show up to turn off gas. Long story short We missed our windows for the tenting. We were so upset! Not even an apology from the allure company. Shame on them!!! A company with poor communication skills to say the least! We decided to get our 50 % back with this company and hire someone else.. allure company caused us so much grief, and we are an elderly couple. Just a warning to anyone who chooses them. We had already paid for a 3 day hotel stay away, and lost our money due to the cancelation of gas company not returning til the following week. 3 days in a hotel and no one to tent our house for termites. :( we now hired an excellent company to do the job.. Thank God!!!!

Hello Lisa, <br><br>We are truly sorry that you feel this way about our company. We provided clear instructions for the gas shut off and restore via email. The instructions as also listed on the documents that were signed. These are the same instructions we have supplied to a great many customers before you. Your husband responded to the email, so it was received by him. The instructions were bold and highlighted, asking you to ensure your gas meter was accessible that day as early as 7am for the gas company to shut off services. It was also explained verbally when he called and spoke with the office several times. While we can provide all the guidance and instructions we can, we are unable to control if these instructions will be followed by the homeowner. If you leave the property, and leave your gate locked and meter inaccessible, the gas company has no way of shutting your gas off. It was very disappointing for our team just as it was for you, considering it is the first time we have any issues with these instructions being followed. <br>As any good company knows, you must evolve with the times and when these things happen, we have to reevaluate our process. We have added several new verbiages and an entirely new document to our fumigation process to ensure our instructions are loud and clear, to avoid this in the future.<br>We wish you all the best!

First off, let me say that I've been with Allure for many years now (since 2018 I believe), and they have been great! They hire people that seem to be trustworthy, diligent, and take pride in their work. This, in and of itself, is almost impossible to find todays. Alijah was super nice and helpful. We spoke about the specific areas for treatment and the with which pests we're having issues. The only reason is they are not 5 stars is that I'm super stingy with those...I mean, that's perfection (really doesn't exist). However, I would highly recommend Allure and Alijah was an awesome specialist to work with!
