The owner of this company sold me an incomplete set of water heater straps advertised as complete then demanded I drive back to his store to return them. Time waster.

Recommend not using them unless you have money to burn. We needed our home to have a clear termite inspection to sell. they provided the inspection but since their prices to fix some wood rot and damage were extravagant, we decided to have our handyman do the work. I called to ask for additional explanation of the actual places that needed replaced. I was told that on each area, it would ALL have to be replaced. At that point, we decided that the job was too extensive and we would just bite the bullet and have Rockwell do the work. Mike came out to do the replacing. He was great; however, ALL the wood obviously didn’t need replacing in at least two of the 4 sites that were indicated. He worked half a day and only replaced certain parts of each area. We were charged $2275 in addition to the $1025 for spraying which took exactly 20 minutes. When I called again to ask for a discount, I was dismissed and told that all he could do was a $100 internet discount. We feel totally taken advantage of. They knew what they were doing. What a shame. I’m sure I’ll get some sort of smart alec reply as if this was my fault because that’s the attitude I got during my phone call.

CONSUMER BEWARE! My real estate agent hired this company for a pre purchase inspection. I never received an invoice a phone call email or a letter from them. Few months later they sent it to collections. The billing department looks to be as remedial as their inspectors! This is all over a hundred bucks! If they had attempted to contact me I would have no problem paying them but now that they sold it off to collections there is no point! Apparently they didn't have the address of the property they inspected? Reading some of the other comments on here this seems to be a common problem. Get your stuff together guys!

If your drivers are any indication of the service this company provides, then I certainly would not want this service in my home. Your driver Almost ran a couple cars off the road while in a canyon, two lane highway. He swerved across multiple lanes when it opened up, just to try and engage a different vehicle he had been tailgating, almost hit, and tried to also run off the road as well. He put other people at risk for no reason at all. I certainly hope something is done to correct this, and that this isn't how your company continually engages with customers or the public.

Im very Fortunate I did not have to pay for there services. The seller of our home did. When doing our walk through for our home the rockwell crew were there replacing some of the patio in front and back of home it was a huge mess but reassured me and my realtor that everything would be picked up they left roofing and nails all over my yard. When it started to rain a lot theses past few weeks both patios leaked so bad that my car port didn’t even keep my car dry or where my washer and dryer hook ups were. We called them to have someone come take a look at the damage they did. The lady that answers the phone scheduled an appointment between 8-9:30 am no one came at that time so I called at 9:35 thinking they were in traffic. She told me they guy just left there office and would be there shortly. Mind you there office is 30 mins away he showed up at 10:05. I greeted the man who you can tell was already frustrated because the lady booked him too early and he told me that he doesn’t even show up to the office that early and that it was way too early. I was explaining to him how things were left and that they missed so many nails in the 2x4s that there was huge nails hanging out literally everywhere. Also how bad it leaked. He began to tell me they aren’t a construction company and that they don’t replace wood that they just medicate where the termites eat the wood. They put masking tape on my car port instead of replacing it with tar. I totally understand it was raining while on the job and had to get it done fast but it was a very poor job. He said it was a learning process for a one man team doing that job. I proceeded to tell him there was two men not one. He laughed it off and said he would schedule someone to come out when the rain stopped. Someone recently came out and reassured my husband he would over kill the job so they didn’t have to come back. He finished his job and we will not know if the problem is fixed until it rains again. The sad part is he left a lot of nails in my driveway aNd guess who has one in their tire. Yup me! Im not sure how they are on other services hopefully better. Edit you came out April 4th not weeks ago

Tried to pull a bait and switch on me for a "free" inspection because I wanted to cross reference prices for my home. Very unprofessional.

I called to have an exterior shed sprayed for black widows, Rockwell said they couldn't do a structure not attached to house (sounds like they want an easy assignment) I thought it was funny, a pest control company that doesn't spray for pests. What a joke. I'm going back to Terminex, they will spray your house, and include external sheds. Also, Terminex is cheaper on the monthly plan. Don't waste your time or money with Rockwell. Joke. Joke. Joke

I wouldn't use this Pest Control company if they were the last company on Earth. They don't show up for their appointments then when you call their office their customer service girl cusses at you. Very unprofessional
