Quality Commercial Pest Control did an outstanding job from inspection through remediation of our subterranean termite issue. Brian Roybal performed a detailed inspection on March 26 and clearly explained the findings, recommendations, treatment options, and costs. The inspection report and documentation were very thorough and professional, including photos, treatment areas, and chemicals used. After approving the work, Eunice Aceves in the office was excellent with communication and scheduling, even moving the appointment up one day earlier than originally planned. The treatment was completed on April 9. Brian did an exceptional job applying the termite barrier treatment around the home and performing the localized treatment behind the refrigerator where activity was found. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions throughout the process. I especially appreciated that everything was documented clearly and available through the customer portal. Pricing was fair, recommendations were honest, and there was no pressure to oversell unnecessary work. Highly recommend Quality Commercial Pest Control for anyone dealing with termite issues in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and straightforward. Our technician Eddie was a nice and efficient fella, answering all my questions before service started. My only issue was the miscommunication that followed immediately after the service. I wanted to check to make sure the service was not incomplete (based on the marked service slip - the only info available at the time) but couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone or email throughout the business day starting ~11 AM. Previously, I didn't have an issue getting a call back from not leaving a voicemail before, but it's recommended to leave one if no live agents are available to get your call. I didn't get a response until about 4:30 PM, which included a full description of everything that was done, clarifying that the technician mistakenly missed marking one of the fields in the service slip, but assured everything was taken care of. I would've felt a little less frustrated if it was easier to reach someone for quicker clarification (e.g. a simple "thank you for reaching out, the complete service report will be available EOD/the next day, please disregard the service slip"). Eventually they did get back to me with an adequate response, so I do appreciate that. Based on the complete service report, I can tell that their technicians are very thoughtful, experienced and thorough. Eddie wrote notes on everything, including all the walls surrounding the property and he even helped me brush off spider webs that he encountered. Thanks Eddie.
