They were very effective in preventing spiders, ants and nuisance bugs from entering the house. Unfortunately they no longer service Somerset and Grizzly flats

Before Britany started her regular visits, the ants were out of control and the spiders were free to spin their webs. Since the More4Less visits, the house has been pest free. I have received several years of professional, timely and friendly service from this company. You will find no service better than the More4Less family.

Brittany has been servicing our house for the last year and a half or so. We have had nothing but great service since we started. She calls ahead of time to let us know when she will be here, and always shows up at this time. We have only had one call outside of the normal bimonthly service, which was due to a large amount of wasps (not a spray problem, but it was just that time of the year where they were in full force), and she came out quickly and did an additional spray. The wasps disappeared by the next day! Will continue to use More 4 Less, and will refer them to anybody having these issues!

Hired them to come out and exterminate pests making noise in the attic and walls. Quote was $200. They said it was bats and there was nothing they could do about it. They charged me $100 for the diagnosis which was fair enough since they did have to drive out to Somerset. One week later bees were swarming the same area as the noise and I asked them (More 4 Less) to take another look at the problem. This time they determined it WAS bees, sprayed for them, and charged my wife $200! (I was working.) I feel I should only be charged for the original quote (another $100 for a total of $200) since it was their mistake that required a return. I asked Mike for a refund of the $100. He will not even return my email or call. Very poor customer service and, in my opinion, unethical business practice.

Hi Brien,<br>First off determined you HAVE bats. We don't service bats. We spent approximately 3 hours on your job. We charged you 100.00 for our inspection, time, and trip charge. We made no mistake. We saw no evidence of wasps at your house. We have tried to reach out to you multiple times but you don't answer your phone or have a working voicemail. Neither, have you left a voicemail. Regarding your wasps (we don't spray for bees) we eliminated them. We charged you our regular price even though you are outside our service area. We don't respond to complaints via email. I was more than fair with you. I always take care of my customers. Feel free to call me next week if you have a phone. I will be back in town.
