Koby Kick's Ants

I came back inside my house and there was just a bunch of puddles everywhere that my dog could have licked up and he didn't even get under the corners or under the appliances just on the mats right in front of them it's like he did it with his eyes closed or something it was like that in the bathroom too.

The man who came up sprayed our plants when spraying outside and the ants kept coming back anyway. The second time he called at 6 am and said he'd be there in 6 minutes for a second spray. We never saw him. Turns out he arrived, never let us know he was here, and fogged underneath our house even though we had said we didn't want that service. It feels a bit violating to have someone show up for a service without telling us they're there in any way. It's sad cause they were recommended by everyone in our community but we have had nothing but problems with no real recourse.

Prompt service, very easy to work with. They explained everything in an easy to understand way. Service was budget friendly as well. I highly recommend working with these guys.

Koby goes over and above. I got call from them today that they found and killed a rattlesnake near my front door. They know I have kids that run around and they were looking out for me and my family. Love that they did this for me! Thanks!

Kenny has been servicing our home since 2011. He is very friendly and consistent. We are bug and spider free!! I highly recommend this local company!!

Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Robert is awesome and has taken impeccable care of our home for years. We have no problems whatsoever with insects or rodents. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

From the initial call to the service, Char and Brett were amazing. Friendly, helpful, and just down to earth. Makes life less stressful and more meaningful. Brett treated the foundation and sprayed some trees for ants. He explained how it worked, said they should be gone in couple days. ..omg, no signs the next morning. I called Koby at about 9am to report a pest problem at my office. They showed up before 11am. They're fast, professional, and thorough.

I hired Koby pest because we heard a rat in our attic. I was told the initial visit was $250. I thought I was investing in comprehensive pest control, but all they actually did was lay some poison holders on my property and throw some poison around my attic. I was told I would not be charged again when they came back to check how extensive the problem was, but they refilled the poison holders on my property anyways and charged me $85. Getting ahold of them to pay my bill was ridiculous, I called 6 times over the course of a few weeks and could never get ahold of someone who could take my payment. They came again and refilled the traps on my property without notifying me. So over the 3 months they “managed” my pest problem they only came in my home on the initial visit. They charged me over $400 in 3 months for “strong” rat poison. Ridiculous.

I’ve used Kobe on and off for a few years and had no complaints. Unfortunately they put the health of my dogs at risk by spraying when we were not home and our dogs were outside. It was a “sub” who did the work. He didn’t show for the first appointment and sprayed when we weren’t home. I told him several times that we need to be there to bring the dogs in. My smallest dog was ill the next day. I called Koby and explained everything. They said a manager would call. I never got a return phone call but I did get a bill. I’m not going to sue them but the public should be aware of this event.

Not sure what all the 5 star ratings are for here. My experience has not been 5 star at all. I called to schedule service in the middle of a weekday. Got a live anwering service. Left all of my info and was told I would be "contacted as soon as the girls got back from lunch" Well, that never happened. Decided to email them about it directly to give them another chance before leaving a bad review. No reply to my email either. If this is a 5 star company, its not 5 star this week. Im going to spend my money elswhere. Good luck all.
