I have been patronizing EZ Gophers for a few years now, as I am trying to keep the integrity of my yard and home's foundation. Angie and her family run a great business. They are friendly and honest. They do what they say they're going to do and are very responsive, professional, and kind.

EZ_gopher comes back for repeat control when you call them. They encourage that. 'We appreciate your conscientious work and knowledgable treatments.

I found EZ Gopher to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, and efficient. I wouldn't entrust anyone else with my home and this treatment! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that I should have contacted them first. Initially, I tried to address my yard pest problem with my landscaper/gardner and then Orkin, but the issue only worsened before I finally reached out to EZ Gopher.

We knew it was just a matter of time when we saw gopher mounds in our neighbor's yard. I immediately called EZ Gophers and Angie fit me in the same day. She arrived as schedule and right away began inspecting our yards, beyond just the area of activity I showed her. She thoroughly explained the procedure to me, what was covered in the contract, and explained the optional monthly service. Fair price, reliable, professional and very nice! Great service from the owner and the technicians. Going on 4 years now. They advise when they are coming that month with a call to let me know. Technician leaves a receipt noting areas treated for gophers and activity areas in my yard. Have 3/4 acre lot. My neighbors are larger and their gophers become my gophers if I do not treat. They use Easy Gopher too. We surround and drown them with Angie and her team.

THIS COMPANY ENDANGERED MY PETS and FAMILY !!! This company was hired to rid them of gophers in a newly turfed yard. They proceeded to pump carbon monoxide into gophers holes less than one foot from my fence which is inches from my adored pet parrots cage. This is less than 10 feet from my front door and well under 25 feet from multiple family dwellings. In the state of California you cannot use carbon monoxide to kill rodents within 100 ft of pets or dwellings. Luckily I heard the starting of the pumps motor and saw the initial puff of carbon monoxide cloud billowing over my fence and through the fence slats directly near my bird. I peered through the fence to see the pump which clearly said carbon monoxide gas pump and a woman with a full respirator on (glad she was thinking of her health) shut down the machine pack up and pretty much scurry off the property. I called the Agricultural Commissioners office and they immediately sent out two inspectors who confirmed that this was dangerous and illegal. The Homeowners told the inspectors that the company had assured them everything was perfectly safe and legal. (This family has young children and pets). Upon contacting this company, they told the Commissioners office that they were unaware of this law. You should not own a deadly machine and chemicals if you do not know the laws pertaining to them. If you are in business for 15 years you should make it your business to know the laws which are in place to keep families and pets safe .

Angel arrived on time and was friendly. He was knowledgeable and professional. He worked with our neighbor and provided a quote that complimented both properties.

We have been clients of EZ Gopher for over 4 years. Living on the hillside provides many opportunities for rats, gophers, squirrels and voles. Angie and her family have patiently returned for multiple monthly visits to help us get those rodent populations under control. For efficiency sake, I happily flag any holes or activity that I see before calling, but it is Angie and her team that professionally follows up from there identifying far more activity than I flagged. They are honest, professional and happy to go to any lengths necessary to protect my yard. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

At my initial inspection with Angela she indicated I had moles, gophers and ground squirrels. She had me purchase three squirrel bait traps and then charged me $30 extra a month to refill poison in the squirrel traps. Her son Angel on his first visit told me you don’t have any squirrels and the traps were a waste of money. EZ Gopher Service charges almost double the monthly service charge than other companies in the area. Angela‘s rationale for charging the higher rate was that her technicians service far fewer homes than her competitors giving her customers a far better outcome. Angel again stated this is not the case that he had many homes that he had to service and could not do a thorough inspection monthly as promised. Instead, I was told to find the Gopher problems myself and text pictures of where they were. After three months of service, the gophers were still out of control. Because I was texting new Gopher problems almost daily, Angela chose to drop me as a customer. It was the height of Gopher season, but I was able to find a new company that I’m very happy with at half the cost of EZ Gophers.

Great customer service. I called and told them my issues and was lucky enough to have them out the next day. Will use them in the future.
