Since finding Rat a way, I have zero issues in the barn or around the house. My camper is also protected. This stuff works great, and the staff are awesome. I have been buying this for a few years now and have no intention of stopping. I will say, this has also chased the skunks out that kept trying to burrow under the barn foundation.

This stuff works - have not had a rodent problem since I used Rataway on two vehicles - the pepper powder worked great in the cupboards

I have sprayed Rataway under the hoods of my riding mowers, vehicles, and under my generator cover for 3 years and have seen NO rodent activity in any of those locations. No wires chewed and no nesting material seen. It works!

$8000.00 new wiring loom for my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid because of Wood Rats! Los Osos Ca has a lot of Wood Rats because of our semi-rural setting by the ocean & mountains. Found chewed wires on both our cars. Some trail mix was left inside the Fusion, so the Rats didn’t only chew the wires in the engine compartment but ate through the steering gromet to get into the car’s interior for the trail mix. They chewed through numerous wires under the dash and other places, causing un-seen damage to the loom. Rataway was a game changer after discovering rats had invaded under the hood of my Jeep. Rick was incredibly kind and very helpful with the materials received with the order, as well as over the phone. I highly recommend Rataway to anyone who ends up with a situation like mine. It will help you prevent a bad situation from becoming a worst case situation!

I don't know if it's where I live or if I have mutant rats or what. But I spray this all over my car, engine tire wells etc. and the next day I have a new rat nest full of rocks and seeds and brambles in me engine compartment. I have been using it weekly as per the instructions of the video on the site. And when I noticed a new nest I started spraying daily. This stuff doesn't work for me. Which really sucks. I live in AZ not that I think that makes much of a difference. We haven't been having snow or anything just a lot of rain. Problem is, it used to work I had about 4-5 months of it working fine. But recently I don't know what is going on. Edit: after I posted this review the owner called me which was really random and weird. I never blamed his product and he wanted me to change my review. Which I did not feel comfortable doing so since I'm did not have a positive experience. I purchased it 2 years ago and didn't use it right away. I asked him if the product expires and he said no so I am led to believe that he called me just to argue and so I didn't want to speak with him anymore his tone was very aggressive and I did not appreciate being cold called in that manner. He also said that he had changed the formula recently saying that it was stronger if he was trying to offer me a new bottle he didn't have to be aggressive about it and he could have just come out and said that but I wasn't going to change my review based on my current experience with the product. I feel calling someone over a 1 star review is inappropriate unless you want to make it right by the customer. When I answered the call he started with "I'm going to need you to change your review" I had no impression he wanted to do anything to make it right he just wanted me to change my review. I worry he's done this to other people to change reviews through calling and pressure. I heard about this product through word of mouth so I am sure it works for some. I just wanted to share my experience. Edit 2: a month after this review I found out that my problem was squirrels. So it wasn't rat away's fault. However I can't rate more than a two based on the sellers abrasive and unfriendly customer service and accusing me of using his product incorrectly. Thanks for reading my adventure.

You order 2 bottles for $25 and he sends you one package with sand, steel wool and 5 bottles of liquid each indicating they are different products. When you email and ask where your other bottle of rat away is he will start calling you non stop, trying to convince you that the 5 bottles are better than the 2 I ordered, even though each bottle says it’s a different product, they dont each read “rataway”, one says it, the other 4 are labeled differently. But he will blow up your phone trying to convince you that you got the deal of a lifetime so enjoy what you bought and “if you have the guts to call me I’ll explain”. I’m not interested in a conversation, I only wanted 2 bottles of rataway so I could give one to my customer to treat his car with and one for me to use at my business. Pretty simple! But not for him, he wants insult his customers by calling them gutless and wants you to call him after he calls you gutless. Never again will I purchase his products. There is no need to buy his when the same thing is sold at Home Depot for the same price and they don’t insult you when you ask a question. This guy is convinced he has the best product on earth, if he had better customer service skills he might have a better chance convincing us that he does.

So so Happy to have found Rataway!! I live in an apartment complex and we have a rat problem! They got into my car engine and started doing damage.I contacted Rick he answered all my questions he is so knowledgeable!! Since my purchase of Rataway and using it, No more rats to my engine!! It works. No more nesting in my car ordered package #2. It came with extra complementary products. The paperwork explained how to prepare the products for treatment. I ended up with multiple product to rotate treatment. Customer support is excellent.

I continue to use Rataway a few months after a rat was living in my car. It is one of several things that is helping me deter another problem in the future.

Definitely appears to be keeping the rodents away from my engine compartment, where they previously ate some insulation and left their droppings as evidence of their presence. I wish the weatherproof version would work in my spray bottle, but I’ve tried 3 different types of spray bottles, and it seems to clog up in all of them, so I’ll continue using the basic version.

Great product. About five (5) years ago a rat totaled my car. Now that use Rataway I don't have to worry about that happening again. Thorough instructions and tips are included.

So far so good. Been using this product since early January (4+ months now) and no further rodent problems under my hood. Very pleased, since I had 2 rodent incidents resulting in re-wiring in a period of 6 weeks in November and December.

I’ve started using Rataway a couple of years ago to protect my lawn tractor from mice chewing on wires and hoses while parked in my shed. Previously, I had tried dryer sheets and moth balls, and that didn’t stop them. I spray the Rataway solution and waterproofing spray after each lawn mowing, and I have not had a problem so far. I recommend trying Rataway. It works for me.

Rataway really works! I have dogs who sometimes eat rats. Not in favor of poison to kill rats. Thank you for all of the great information and wonderful, easy to use product. My car is parked in the driveway. Started using this on my 2016 Auto after I had about $700 damage to wiring. Now using on my 2019 Auto. Typically one month interval has been sufficient. However, car was in the shop and restarted with Rataway in December. Missed the beginning of January spraying and opened the hood to find that there were signs of a rat! Snail shells! There were none for over 6 years while using Rataway! Wonderful product! Highly recommend it! Works when sprayed regularly!

I had spark plug wires chewed by mice. No more trouble since using this product. Smells nice, easy to use. Reasonable price.

The stuff seems to work! The customer service and enthusiasm of the company management is really wonderful.

Have used this product for approximately 8 years. Rats ate the wiring on one car and one tractor and one furnace, before we found this effective deterrent. Now there aren’t even footprints on implements/machinery or damage to wiring. Rats and mice abound in Santa Ynez farm country. Easy to mix. 1 small bottle makes a full gallon of high power deterrent.

There are some pretty persistent rats where I live. The rataway fragrance is somewhat but not completely helpful, but the spicy fragrance is keeping their visits in the engine compartment very short. As in one wiff and they take off!
