Warning! Do not use Ojai Pest and Termites for your home or business fumigation if you have a tile roof. We used them and they caused so much damage that the low estimate is 8000$ to replace the tiles. You do sign a disclaimer about damage to the roof, but we thought a few tiles would be broken. Not whole sections of the roof. We reached out to them and they say they're not responsible for any cost. The repair of the roof costs more than twice the cost of the fumigation. No effort to help or mitigate any of the damage of the cost from the company. Update: The roof was completely redone 3 months ago. It was new. We did reach out to the company and were given names of roofers who could repair the damage. That's all the help that was offered.

The employees of OTPC are always courteous and arrive on time. Today Jason came to rid me of ants. He was polite and knowledgeable and arrived at the designated time. I highly recommend OTPC.

I’ll spare the details, but I had a big problem at my house in Oak View. They were so incredibly courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

I paid $300 to get a small lawn treated for gophers because I was told by the technician that if they came back within a month, he would come back to fix it. He was a very nice and helpful guy. When I called to say the gophers had come back three weeks later the lady on the phone said they only cover for two weeks and now I need to pay $85 every month to fix what he didn’t fix. Then she passed me to a manager, Marcie Who got immediately aggravated and told me that it’s covered for zero weeks. she didn’t want to listen to a word I had to say. They did not honor what they told me before the payment. So go elsewhere.

Josh and Ian did a great job making sure the repairs for the termite damage were done. They were excellent in customer service and making sure I was happy with the repairs and fumigation. Always happy to answer questions and schedule repairs. I recommend them to anyone wanting an honest price and excellent service.

We had a very serious ant invasion in our house but I didn't want to just chemically douse the whole house and was hoping someone could come in, assess the situation, and offer the least invasive yet effective treatment to deal with the situation. Trent from Ojai Termite & Pest was fantastic! Took the time to understand really what was going on with our ant invasion and took care of the situation without blindly just nuking the whole place! He was super friendly, professional, and great with our dog. Great service!

Those little rotten beasts are constantly desecrating my beautiful landscaping. Thank God for Gordon who keeps my property as gopher free as possible. He will come out on request if I spot some new nefarious activity going on and deal with it with extreme prejudice. The monthly service fee is well earned. The only good gopher is a dead one and Ojai Termite delivers.

We had rodents for 3 months under their service, and ended up moving out because we still had rodent activity in the kitchen. The first visit we were told rodent activity was old, and then it got worse - seeing mice in the house. Then when they finally started service they couldn't resolve it in a reasonable time. Best to act quickly.

Gordon Rocks. He’s the man if you have a rodent/pest control problem. Friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He will educate you in an understandable way. An all around nice guy with good vibes. A job well done.
