Evan is super detailed and knows it stuff! If we have any concerns he always addresses them promptly and proactively. Our bimonthly service makes a huge difference with the amount of spiders we see and if we miss a service we immediately notice the insects/pests. Overall service is a 10/10 and would recommend.

Julio was professional and did a good inspection. He showed me photos and all the areas that were a potential problem. He was honest and I appreciate that immensely. He also wore foot coverings on the carpet! I highly recommend him!

We live near protected open space, and North Point has been our go-to for rodent control for years. Last year, we upgraded to the monthly service, and we are so happy with the value. Evan and Brian are responsive to the pest issues we used to deal with ourselves, saving us time and frustration. Mosquitoes have been a constant problem in our area -- and I have been their primary target -- but two months ago Evan recommended a pair of traps for our backyard that are pet-safe and have worked an absolute MIRACLE! I can now spend evenings outside without spending a week dealing with bites everywhere! We get texts for scheduling and can adjust the time window online if needed; they are never late and frequently early. North Point has literally saved my skin and my sanity!!

Danny was great. He gave me the option of an earlier appointment. Showed up promptly and was patient awaiting instructions on how to get through the neighborhood gate. He explained what he needed to do and handled my wasp situation easily and professionally. I am glad to have found North Point for this pest issue and for any other future problems.North Point had the best bid and also the best customer service without pressure like other places I called.

We have started treatment for carpenter bees and spiders. Brian did a great job with cobweb removal, and sprayed all around the eaves for the bees. Will have a followup treatment in 2 weeks. Time will tell if the treatment for the bees is effective.
