Had a fruit fly problem that was getting out of hand, so I called PestCal Exterminators. From the moment I got on the phone with their office team, I could tell I was dealing with professionals. Everyone was super helpful and responsive. Daniel and Josh came out right on time, checked everything out, and got straight to work. They explained everything clearly and took care of the issue quickly. No more fruit flies! Overall, just a great experience, fast, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

I am editing this review bc the owner reached out for an explanation from me. While they never apologized or explained why their customer eportal wasn’t used, why two email accounts emailed me and why the old school phone call for CC info, I do appreciate them trying to figure out what occurred in my instance. My inspector Byron was also excellent, so I want to be fair to him. Still minus two stars for a shady customer service experience.

Amazing!!! Very friendly and reliable team, had issues with spiders and crickets and other creatures. Once they did their thing couldn’t be any happier for the service they provided and the end results. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of any unwanted guests.

Josh and Daniel came out to spray my house today and they were super thorough and informative. They gave me some tips on how to keep the pests out. I decided to do a subscription service with them so that they come out regularly. Unlike other companies, Pascal discounts your first visit if you do a monthly or bimonthly service with them. They also removed any cobwebs and took the time to listen to my concerns so that they can tackle those problem areas more aggressively. Highly recommend!

This company is very shady. I was having issues in my apartment. Call them and they came to do an inspection, they did a bait and switch. Told me 280 but wanted to charge 385. Stupid.

Daniel came over today and sprayed the inside and the outside of my home. He was patient and professional. He responded to all my concerns and treated all the areas requested. Thank you Daniel and hopefully we will not see any pest activity anymore!

We have field mice where I live and Kevin came the other day to lay down some traps, he also sprayed because the bugs are coming out with the weather getting warmer. Kevin was so kind and friendly he is extremely thorough and makes sure the job is done efficiently which is so important. I have him coming every month for maintenance. I could tell Kevin truly cares about his clients and wants to do the best job for them. I have recommended him to all my friends. 10 out of 10!

Mr. Campos took my call personally and came to see the property while I was away. He suggested a few traps. 8 mice were caught in 48 hours. 2 more mice were caught that same week and not a single mouse seen since. Its been 2 weeks me and my 2 children are so greatful.

They did a good job of patching up holes in my attic and added some screen coverings to the roof vents. The office staff is efficient in answering phone calls and emails. So far only a mysterious one or two rodents snuck into the attic and did some damage but the Pest Cal guys will set new traps to catch them.

Called set an appointment never showed and never called.

REVISED: After an EXTREMELY negative experience dealing with PestCal's customer service agents, the owner (Kevin) showed up at my front door to personally apologize on behalf of his incredibly rude and unprofessional staff and offered me a special deal. Kevin -- while I appreciate the old timey vibe of your personalized attention, as well as the sentiment you expressed during our 10 minute chat outside my house, I do think it better form (especially during COVID times) to let a customer know if you plan to stop by in person. It felt a little intrusive -- though I appreciate it wasn't meant that way. Either way, no harm was done and it is clear that Kevin cares deeply about his customers and customer service. I am revising to 4 stars because, as I have stated, while I appreciate the gesture made (as well as the offer which we have accepted due to Norman's professionalism and skill), I am overall quite uneasy about this business transaction, though I will hopefully be proven wrong and be upgrading this review based on stellar service. I am redacting my original post, but suffice it to say that Sonya and Nidya from the office behaved BEYOND inappropriately as I was attacked and then price gouged by Nidya. Maybe better training for your customer service agents is warranted – and soon.

I went with them to exterminate whatever was biting me at night because they gave me the most affordable option out of all the companies I was checking out. I put my faith in them to figure out what bug it was. Turned out it was carpet beetles. I had the person check my room, where they were found, and then a couch I had slept in a few nights. The inspector didn't find anything on the couch. The first red flag came about when I had another inspector from a different company come check out the room where he found more carpet beetles. I then had him inspect the couch just to make sure the first inspector with PestCal was right that there were none. This second inspector with the second company that came by found some on the couch where the inspector from PestCal did not. A misdiagnosis from PestCal. I ignored this and went for it with PestCal anyways. After they did the first treatment I was pretty confident I would stop getting bit at night. I did everything they told me I needed to do but I still woke up itchy after the first treatment. I let them know and they scheduled me a week from the day I called. A week I was bound to get bitten again and again. The same guy came, sprayed again, reassured me the problem was going to be fixed and left. I called to let them know that I was going to be shifting rooms in the house because one of my housemates are moving out and they said they can't do anything about this. That I would have to either have my landlord pay for the services again, which he won't do or pay it myself for the new room. I get their contract says that if its a new room that's being treated that the customer would have to pay again but given that money was already spent on this and the problem wasn't fixed I would have hoped the company to have some common sense and at least offer a deal on the new room. Nope. I am still getting bit. $250 wasted.
