I am a tenant in a strip mall that Cats services. The technician, Angel, is awesome. He is friendly, hardworking, great at troubleshooting and overall, just a great guy. If Cats is your exterminator, ask for Angel! He gets 5 stars from me!!

DO NOT hire CATS. They bill without performing services, both rodent and bug spraying if you are a commercial or HOA that doesn’t monitor expected work to be performed. Bait box isn’t even functioning When asked to deweb all the cobwebs built up over 3 years, the technician asks where? Dewebbing is included in the contract.

Harold is our Bug Exterminator and is the MOST wonderful. Always goes above and beyond expectations in customer service and explaining. Keishla is the office is also a rockstar! CATS Pest control is great because of these 2! Keep up the great work!!!

The people are honest and good at listening to just what problems we are having - then customize what needs to be done to best address the problem with all the right products. Friendly and thorough service. They know the seasonal issues seen here in Southern California. We started having a monthly service done to our church property and have seen only a few pests inside since. Most, if we see them at all, are outside and already dead.

We use CATS USA Pest Control for all our properties in Hollywood and Los Angeles. Both the office staff and field technicians are polite and very professional. I highly recommend their services.

We had rodents on the outside of our bungalows. First visit, they were supposed to make contact and see the best place for the boxes. Never made contact. Then, they set the boxes in areas where we had no problem. Third, refused to move boxes, even when I saw their truck across the street. Four. Told I could move them. Why would I want to move boxes filled with poison? Five, told me the rodents didn’t stay in the boxes or die in public. Six, rodent died slowly, or horribly on the walkway at the side of my home. Irresponsible, negligent, non-responsive, and do not listen to the client for proper treatment.

Worst service ever. Do not hire this company. They treated my house for fleas. A bit over 24 hours of service I go to my apartment and there’s flea worms alive, active eggs on the floor, they put a bag filled with bugs on my couch and there were bugs on it, alive as well. I called them multiple times and they won’t pick up.

Rather lazy service. Had frequent visits with no cure. They spray but overlook the sources (sockets, plugs, ventilation duct, ect). Not to mention the getting sick after each time.

Great place good people and service

They use chemicals from a hundred years ago, it is so much struggle because they ask you to move ALL your stuff to the middle of the room, since the chemicals are very bad for pets and humans health, and it is not effective at all. They have come to my place 4 time and nothing changed, not even a little bit. Don’t waste your money and time here.

Super friendly and helpful every time we call them in regards to any pest control issues for any of our properties. They do take care of the pest control issues when they say they would, unlike other companies that have to send out over and over. 5 starts well deserved.
