We had three interactions with staff today, Margarita, Jeff and Israel. They all were very professional. Margarita was our initial contact. We have german roaches issues at 45XX Bomark Way. We called pest control center (3845 Madison Ave), but so far we are NOT HAPPY with the service at all !! The service guy did not even do a thorough inspection, and missed the heavily infested areas surrounding the gas water heater in the garage, and also walls in the kitchen, underneath refri & oven etc. After 1st treatment, we could NOT even tell any differences!!! So far we still have a lot of roaches coming out from crevices of baseboards, eve

After initial spray, insects were dying outside of house. Craig, our service guy, also cleaned and cleared up spiderwebs thoroughly, and in second visit, we asked for him to spray the "inside" of house, which he obliged willingly. He always makes himself readily available, gives good advice about insect-proofing, cares about exposure, and has a very amenable personality.
