Called North American Pest Management for Ant Invasion in my house. I picked this company reading their Profile on their Website and Reviews. Very impressed and happy with this company. It started off with a very nice and informative phone call to set up an Inspection. Madee is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. John, who came out to do the Inspection, is a Gem! Very professional, extremely friendly and will make sure to explain all steps involved to take care of your Pest problem. I really feel taken care of with this Team and highly recommend them.

Donald was the applicator who supported our issues with pests. He was friendly, helpful, and super polite. He answered a bunch of questions, and even let my curious 3 year old 'help' look for evidence of pests with him. I was grateful that he took lots of precautions with COVID and wore a mask the entire time. I feel like he really valued my families safety both with pests and COVID. I'd highly recommend Donald and North American Pest Management.

Austin was courteous and thorough. Before treatment of the wasp nest, he checked and found other nests under the eaves. Additionally, he checked for black widows and ants. I am pleased with his work and will use North American Pest Management in the future!

Donald Speavey is my " super tech" !! Friendly, efficient , professional, knowledgeable , and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right AND he knows my property and what needs to be done. I started out using them 6 years ago because they took care of voles or moles in my yard. It was supposed to be a large one time payment and they would come by during the future years to place those little worms. Moles controlled! Suddenly they discontinued that service for me. Molds returned. They say they can't use the worms anymore , they have to use granules. (Just chasing them around my yard now.) As for spraying for bugs and wasps, if I see any after they have sprayed Donald gladly comes out and resprays. I have to say , I feel pretty bug free inside, so I give them credit for that. Just spraying outside generally once a month worth what they charge? ?????

North American Pest is always responsive with good communication. Our tech, Madee is knowledgeable and her attention to detail is appreciated. We have ongoing issues with multiple pests on the property and they have effectively eradicated the issues. Highly recommend!
