Zack is great!!!!! He not just sprays but he also sweeps and cleaned and dewebbed under the eaves of my house. He did the same for all the patio furniture and all around my house, front and back. I requested notification of when he would arrive, as well as be completed so o could let my cats out when it all dried up. Then he text me to thank my for allowing him to service my extermination needs. Call Aptive and request ZACK!!!!!

This company violated my private property/no Solicitation sign to harass me into paying for service I didn't need nor requested. I called the company and left a vm but no one returned my message. Hopefully this review and the notice to BBB will get them to stop solicitation!

Great company, office staff is friendly, tech was nice . I have dealt with 2 other companies in the past and was not impressed the techs where not personable and often seemed very rushed. The tech that came was talkative and walked me through what he was doing and even took the spider webs off my trash cans! I appreciated the treatment he gave me as a customer.

Noe was great. He did a local treatment on a kitchen island that had powder post Beatles in it. Very knowledgeable and confident. Great company to work with! They have a new loyal customer!

These guys are great at what they do! I have all our routine maintenance done at our warehouse and my house! Joseph is always professional and goes above and beyond… 5 star service!

Legion doesn't care. They do sticky traps and things you can do yourself. They dont spray or do anything intensive and if you want real results, you have to follow them around your space or call and damn near convince them to do anything but the basics. After each visit my staff reports back and lets us know how it went and the consensus is "they didn't really do anything" and only walk through half the space. Legion, It's problematic. You're dealing with peoples livelihoods' and you dont care. Do better and make the visits worth it.
