Chris came out to assess our situation, and advised on a free, non toxic & safe method for repelling our Minor Digger bee nests. It seems to have solved the problem. Chris is an honest business owner who respects nature & its safety.

At first I was thrilled with my experience with this company. They were quick to respond and came on the weekend to disperse my bee problem. However, a year later I have a repeat problem in the exact same area. I contacted another company for an inspection and they verified there was honeycomb present in the area the bees were trying to repeat nest in. Since learning more about bee behavior (not something I intended to become so knowledgeable about), I've learned that inspection and comb/wax removal is imparative to prevent repeat nesting. I'm incredibly disappointed to have spent $450 for a removal last year, only to have to repeat the process again this year due to it not being thoroughly done the first time. Now our roof is having to be cut into, to remove the existing honeycomb and wax.

We had a swarm of bees take up residence in a wine barrel on our front porch. The bees stayed outside the barrel for a day and then moved inside. I called a few beekeepers in the area, but ultimately went with Chris because he was able to do a live removal, while preserving my barrel. He was quick to respond to my calls and texts and arrived to my property within minutes of calling (lucky for me he happened to be in the area). Woke up to a massive swarm on my patio cover. Called the Pros, got a prompt response and they said they were on their way with a very reasonable eta. Bees moved around spot before completely leaving prior to the Pro’s arrival Didn’t get to use their services, but definitely keeping their number in my phone for future use. Very prompt and communicative.

We had Chris come out, and I was initially very impressed and grateful for his service, he came out less than 24 hours after our initial phone call when we noticed the bees. He sprayed the area with some thing, and the entire colony came out of our wall and chimney and Moved in the following few days. However, a week later, we had larva thought out our house, which was attributed to the honey and hive that was left behind. So we called Chris over and over. Chris told us that he wasn’t able to come back for a few weeks to help us to remove the hive and stated that it would be an extra $2000-$5000 to remove the hive from our wall and that after removal, he would not be able to put anything back or replace any drywall and stucco and we would be on our own to find someone do that… which would be another additional cost to us. After the initial visit where he sprayed a chemical that made the bees leave, he was slow to respond to any calls or text messages. We had another bee guy come out (which we found out Chris used to work for this guy), and he said that he wouldn’t have sprayed the chemical that Chris sprayed initially and said he would’ve touch any of chris’ work. We eventually called a different pest control company that charged us $1200 total to remove the hive, replace stucco/drywall and gave us a warranty. This new company has been very helpful and responsive. we wish we had found this other company first

Going above and beyond is an understatement . My aunt had hives in her walls for almost 10 years. . One day she got attacked and the situation became deadly. Doctors pulled over 1000 stingers from her neck and head alone . (She survived and is doing well) I'm from Wisconsin so trying to get a handle on the situation from across the country seemed questionable at best . Chris not only handle the bee situation but he also worked with the city and other contractors on my behalf to set everything and complete all work needed plus more. He completely rearranged his schedule (during his busiest time)to complete this job due to community safety concerns. This man truly cares about his work , community and his customers. I cant put into words the respect and appreciation I now have for him and the company. Having piece of mind knowing this huge project is the best hands around without getting ripped off is worth so much more than then he charged. He has changed this awful, horrific, life-threatening situation into a breeze . This is a man who cares about what he does and the customers he helps. He's not doing this just for a paycheck. I'm beyond impressed and more then great ful . So professional. I'm honestly debating on flying out there just so I can shake this man's hand. Impressed to say the least .

Got here in an hour and took care of our swarm. He will take them to join another colony as there was no queen. Great job!
